Business Owner

Spogga Hash is the ultimate live-​music artist who has dedicated his whole life to expanding the horizons of artistry. Based out of what he calls the unpicked flower of the US, Providence, RI, he survives as a true independent artist. He is a singer songwriter, guitarist, and fire dancer that tours globally. He bases his style on Bruce Lee’s The Style of No Style — where every style of martial arts was mastered in order kick all ass.

In the first decade of the 21st century, Spogga Hash has developed a fascinating solo act incorporating cover music mash-​ups and original compositions featuring his soulful, soaring vocals and provocative lyrics dealing with world events and the liberation of the human spirit.

not my cup of tea, mixing up shitty 80s and 90 songs on a guitar by one guy. He’s fun to watch though, and a nice guy as well. However, as far as live music goes, its more for a tuesday than a weekend.

I had heard of Spogga before (many, many times), because the man seems to be EVERYWHERE, but my first opportunity to actually hear him play was at a recent Unilocal party where we were both working. His unique and upbeat mashups were amazing. His voice, guitar playing, and beatboxing were all impressive… but what was the most impressive was his energy. The party was 3 hours long, and I’m pretty sure he was playing for at least 2.5 of those hours. I end up working at a lot of parties, and hear a lot of different music; this was definitely some of the best I’ve heard in a long time!
I’ve seen some amazing fire dancing at WaterFire, and am not 100% sure whether the person I saw performing was him… but I suspect it probably was. And that was phenomenal as well.

Never knew the fire-​twirling artist at Waterfire could also churn out some beat-​boxin’, hard-​rocking lyrical wonderment. This guy has an amazing scope of talent.
Besides enjoying a listen of his entertaining tunes at a private Unilocal event I attended, I also had the pleasure of speaking to him as he was breaking down at the end of the night. Loves what he does and that shines through in his energetic performance.

Every show I have been to has been up beat, fun, and extremely interesting. His long sets keeps everyone moving and smiling. Between that and the wonderful mix of different musical combinations Spogga will for sure have anyone come back for another show…

When i was new to the Providence music scene (which is really mush more than just music) I kept hearing the name Spogga. I had to find out who this person was. My first experience was truly a wonder. Spogga is one of the most unique and talented musicians I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I produce a local music series and Spogga holding true to his commitment to me appeared less than 24 hours after being in the Ukraine. He is a true professional and one of the most entertaining shows you’ll see anywhere.
