I usually don’t write reviews, much less for chain restaurants where not much is expected. But today I’m compelled to because absolutely NOEFFORT was given and the employees were VERYRUDE to guests in front of me. First let me say that 2years ago I worked at subway and I know what it takes for one person to work by them self. I would be happy with a satisfactory experience but this was terrible. Today there were only a handful of people in line the there were two people behind the counter, and only ONEPERSON was working at a time. There was NO coffee, NO drinks in the fountain machine, and NO tomatoes. That is only what i know. The men in front of me wanted coffee and the girl didn’t start coffee, then he wanted a coke and the girl never went to change it until he pestered her for a 3rd time, and when she comes back she hadn’t done it. She finally allowed him to grab a bottle from the fridge which she had denied him twice. The whole time she talked down to him. She wasn’t working behind the scenes she was standing in front of the guests waiting for who knows what. She acknowledged the tea was spilled everywhere and didn’t clean it. This made me more aware that the sneeze guard was filthy on the inside with something that looked nothing like vegetables. Finally my sandwiches are being made and I’m told they have NO tomatoes. When another guest hears this he walks out the door. Subway almost never runs out of product, the employees simply don’t prep it, and tomatoes aren’t sliced by hand. They cut 3 at a time in one motion with a machine. So my sandwiches are finally finished but rather than charging me for my food she walks away and starts the next persons sandwiches. I have 3 sandwiches getting cold… In the food industry HOT food is priority. It’s better to make someone wait for there food to be prepared than it is to serve cold food. I purchased a Large sweet tea and had to set my cup in the mess they wouldn’t clean up. I suggest everyone go to the subway next to Walmart, they are pretty quick and polite. They even rush to help each other. And prep food when they run out. My father told me this particular subway is always out of things. I might give this place another shot in 6months when the staff is renewed. For now, I’m not going back

So this is my neighborhood subway. Its on par with the million other subways out there. They accept the gift cards I buy from Kroger and never give me a hard time about using coupons. Id steer clear of this place around lunch time because they get BUSY!
