I find myself here periodically due to location. I’ve dined in and carried out over the years. The interior is basic, clean, almost always empty. Here’s the thing about this place that bugs the beejeez wax out of me… it’s having to beg for toppings/​food that you are paying for. There have been times when I’ve gone in, had a sandwich made, experienced friendly staff, and been happy. But boy oh boy have there been times when I’ve left like, wth just happened? It’s one thing to refuse to give a person what they’re asking for; it’s another thing to utilize shaming and rudeness in conjunction with outright refusal to serve as requested. And I’m not one of those people who order «extra everything» on everything (but even if I was, that should be okay)…I ordered a salad with bacon and a few veggies; I didn’t ask for «extra» or «more» anything, yet I barely received lettuce. I felt compelled to ask for more lettuce… otherwise am I even getting a salad?

This store refused to serve my family. They would not accept our cash. I was informed the owner fires employees accept who large bills. They threw our sandwiches in the trash.
