We used James to help us find a rental home in Central Jersey, originally from the Stamford, CT area! James is very flexible, understanding, patient and an expert in his field! He went out of his way to help us find a place we can call home in less than 2 weeks!

Made my home-​buying experience more stressful than it should have been.
I did thorough research and compiled a list of 5 homes for sale that I was interested in. Not being a picky person, my only request was that the properties have a backyard for my dogs. I traveled 3 hours to meet with Jim on a Saturday.
House 1: Not a house that I had on my list that I was interested in. Not what I was looking for.
House 2: Second floor condo unit. NO YARD.
House 3: This house was on my list. Happy to see it.
House 4: Townhouse with NO YARD and not on my list. Also in an area I specifically said I was not interested in.
House 5: Third floor condo unit. NO YARD.
What do all of these homes have in common (with the exception of the ONE house that was on my list)? They were his personal listings. aka. the homes which, if sold, he would make the most profit.
He promised to send me more properties to look at that he thought I would be interested in. Hello… what about the list that I already sent to you? Anyways. no follow-​up. He never sent more properties for me to view. At this point, I should have started the search for a new realtor, but not wanting to start the whole process over, I was interested in putting in an offer on House # 3.
During the home-​buying process, Jim was constantly difficult to contact. Sometimes taking days to return a phone call. I had to constantly email, call, etc to get updates. Basically, I was doing his job for him and he was going to receive the commission for it.
Finally, after the whole nightmare, I closed on my house. I had not heard from Jim a few days before closing and have never heard from him since. No «Congratulations» call, email, text, etc. Nothing. I had way more help from the seller’s realtor and seller’s attorney than from someone whose job was to help me. So «congratulations» Jim on your basically work-​free commission.
If you care about a stress-​free home-​buying process, and don’t want more stress added to an already stressful situation — DO NOT USE THIS GUY; find someone who cares.
