Not only did David do an excellent job cleaning my rug, but his customer service was excellent as well! After my rug was cleaned, David delivered it on time. At the time of delivery, I was not ready to put the rug back down in my room because we were doing some painting. David told me not to worry, when I was ready to let him know and he would come back and place the rug for me, which involved trimming the new rug pad to the correct size to fit the large rug. As promised, David came back to trim the pad, placed the rug, and also trimmed the excess padding to fit under my hall runner. Thank you, David!
