The fries and ranch are THE BEST!
Burgers, chicken salad and chicken strips are all really good.
The grilled sandwiches can be greasey at times… they are hit and miss.
Service at the bar is good.
Service at the tables is also hit and miss. Sometimes its GREAT, sometimes its non-​existant.
We go to Primm often, and always eat here, just for the fries. 2÷13÷16. Gone are the amazing fries and home made ranch dressing. Food in general not as good. New owners dont seem to make quality a priority.

After stopping by due to heavy traffic getting out of Vegas, my brother and I took a peek inside the Primm casino with also has an outlet connecting next to it. My first impression of this place was that it was nicely design as a pub. We walked by to check out the outlets only to come back curiously to see if this place was any good.
It was approximately 4 pm when we sat down at the table inside the part. Service seemed a bit slow since there was only one waitress in green servicing the tables and one barkeep wiping the counters. There were also casino waitresses coming in and out fulfilling drink requests most likely from the tables. The barkeep came and ask for our IDs probably assuming we were too young to be at bar since there was a sign that says no one under 21 in there.
We ordered sandwiches which took a while probably because there were casino orders that were similar to the menu. The sandwiches were big but a bit oily. It was probably due to the habit of butter used to oil the grill for the bread.
Overall, food was okay but manageable. If you’re looking for drinks, since it’s a pub then that would be your best chance for quick service. If time is against you, then this isn’t the place for you. There’s potential for improvement; hopefully it will improve the next time I randomly drop by.

Service:
If you sit at the bar, you’ll be served immediately by the bartender (s) with a decent selection of beers and/​or food. If you sit on the tables inside or on the «patio» portion, you’ll want to bring a book since it may take some time until a waitress walks by to take your order. My story is somewhat funny. After waiting 10 minutes, the bartender walks up to us to card my friend and I since we both look until 21. Only then, did we tell him that we wanted to order sandwiches.
Food:
I tried half of my pastrami reuben and half of my friend’s corn beef sandwich. Both were greasier than grease itself. The pastrami’s meat was slightly burnt and with buttered toast, it was almost unbearable unless you’re super hungry (like me). The corn beef barely had any beef in it so it wasn’t up to my standards of a decent sandwich.

I can’t tell you how the beer or food tasted because after waiting 40 minutes we did not get service. Very inadequate staffing. There was a large spill on the floor that someone had thrown a couple of towels into but no one mopped or cleaned it during the entire time we were there. We gave up and left.

Horrible lack of service and poor attitude by staff. Avoid this place and you will be fine. not a pub like any I’ve ever visited. This place is an insult to those of us who are proud to be Irish. Primm is certainly not known for good service or food but this is place is beyond pathetic.
