All suite, extended stay accommodations perfect for longer stays. Studio, one and two-​bedrooms suites, each with a fully-​equipped kitchen. Beautiful outdoor patio space has a swimming pool, two hot tubs, children’s wading pool, firepit, fireplace and two BBQ grills. Lots of patio seating with plenty of space for families and social groups to mingle and socialize.

Each morning, we offer a complimentary full breakfast and three days a week guests can enjoy our social hour with complimentary light appetizers. Free wireless Internet is available throughout the entire building and a comfortable business center is located just of the hearthroom.

Directly across the street is the new Trader Joe’s marketplace and the Prescott Gateway Mall for easy and convenient shopping just a few minutes away.

We started construction in 2006 and opened on September 5, 2007.

Holli M.

Manager

Holli Brianne Maurer is the General Manager of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Prescott, Arizona. Her responsibilities includes leading a team of roughly 35 team members in housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk and maintenance departments. Holli also works with the Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management for the two Prescott Marriott properties. Prior to Holli’s current position, she worked for Marriott International for 14 years in various roles. Most recently, Holli was the Business Development Manager for Sales Force One for the West Southwest office where she was the Top Sales Manager. In this role, she led her region in closure rates and revenue goals. Holli also worked as the Interim Business Transient Sales Manager for 93 hotels in Nevada, California, and Arizona. From 1998 to 2009 Holli worked at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Flagstaff, Arizona where she learned all facets of the hotel from Front Desk Agent, Guest Care Manager, Sales Manager and Assistant GM.

Used to be my fave spot to stay when coming to town for a visit with the family.
Get the larger suite rooms, close enough to town but not in the hubbub, clean & somewhat modern facility. Plus the points! Ahh yes free rooms at the end of the points !
Now Tonight sad to say disappointed at the rundown state of affairs lurking here.
There are dark curly hairs all over my bathroom upon check in– I’m blonde– and the first on my family to step into the room after checking in.
The furniture in the living room is so worn thin in places that the undercover of the upholstery is showing in patches that are larger than 2″ square .
Oh and upon check in– they «ran my credit» on my credit card to determine if I had sufficient funds for my 6 nights intended stay. And racked up the Charges at that time — at least my credit card company said so. The hotel maintains its a credit Check. On a credit card ?
I’ve NEVER EVER HAD MY CREDIT CHECKED AT A HOTEL IN MY LIFE. I travel frequently for work, I’m not a novice .
Points or no points — NO MORE MARRIOTT FOR ME — this is a rude way to treat a customer .
UPDATE– Kari has made every effort to turn this less than average stay into a more pleasant experience.
I’d like to note, to add more texture to the story, that not only did the situation as described above occur the day of arrival — additionally the bathroom was less than clean, the next morning there was NO HOT WATER for showering!
And yet they can justify charging me ahead for my stay? That’s the corporate policy now!
Kari– thank you for being customer service oriented and moving us to a quieter/​cleaner room. And being an advocate for the customer .
Oh and they are remodeling soon too !

We decided to come to Prescott this year on Christmas day to spend with our family. We needed a hotel that accepted dogs and we found this place. I made a reservation a few days before Christmas and spoke to a wonderful woman named Holli. I requested a first floor room due to the fact that we have two dogs and 2 boys. She told me she had blocked out a room for us but to call the day of to confirm. John informed me that this room was not available because the other guests decided to stay longer, but said we could switch rooms the next day. I was disappointed but understood. To my surprise John called to let me know they now had a larger room on the first floor and it would not cost me anything extra which made me very happy. We arrived and had an amazing, helpful staff. We are pretty easy going and low maintenance but whatever we may request, they have been able to accommodate! I recommend this hotel to everyone! ! So glad we still have 3 more nights here!!!

We planned a trip to Prescott at the very last minute, so were worried about getting a hotel room. After reviewing Unilocal’s top rooms (all booked) we decided to book at this hotel — only 4 miles from the downtown Prescott square.
The hotel was one of the nicest places that I’ve stayed in terms of room décor, cleanliness, amenities and friendliness of staff. Seriously, I’ve NEVER been to a hotel with friendlier front staff. Wow, they blew me away!
We had a room on the 3rd floor facing the mountains and the view was spectacular in the morning with the sunrise and fall colors. We even cooked S’mores out by the fire pit! they had a beautiful fire pit area with heat warmers… totally cool! The staff went above and beyond from check-​in until the minute we walked out asking for ice for our cooler for the way home. Accommodating, friendly, amazing.
We felt welcomed in every sense of the word.
Oh, and one of the best aspects of our stay was dealing with Ellen from the breakfast crew. She was so very kind to us, even giving a toy (asking our permission first) to our toddler who was acting a bit crazy. She was a true sweetheart and walked around making sure everyone was taken care of. This is how a hotel stay should be everywhere.
We will recommend this place to everyone AND be back again!

A wonderful experience! From checkin to checkout I was pleased and impressed.
The Residence Inn is an all-​suite hotel. Every room has a kitchen– fully equipped for simple cooking– and a nice sitting/​living room area. Very comfy bed!
Breakfast is exceptionally good, better than I’ve had at many restaurants, and the staff takes great pride in keeping everything fresh. Ellen is a gem!
4 nights a week there is a manager’s reception with wine & beer, soft drinks, and food too. Think Chicken Tacos, Meatball Subs, and more.
The pool is well maintained and there are 2 BBQ grills, a fireplace, and fire ring with lots of seating for you to relax and enjoy your stay. As you would a nice resort.
The extras include din the price of your room make this property a great value. In addition– Everyone on staff is cheerful, personable, and clearly dedicated to making your visit excellent. Well done, Marriott!

Clean and comfortable with a great staff. Modern kitchen and all the amenities including free full breakfast. Our only downside to this was being on the side of the highway and the bed not as comfortable as we both would have liked. However we both got a good nights sleep and wouldn’t have a problem staying here again

Being from California I always enjoy great customer service because you do not get much of it out here. The customer service here was great! From the front desk lady all the way to the lady who was doing breakfast early Sunday Morning 7-​26-​2015. You all are welcoming and helpful. We stayed here because my brother was looking at a college nearby and we enjoyed our stay quite a bit! The room was clean and nice. The beds were comfy. My boyfriend and I were able to have the room across from my family. It was quiet here which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was really yummy and the fire pit outside was a cool hangout spot. We all had a good time. I will defiantly choose here to stay if I ever find myself in the area.

This was a wonderful hotel. We had a suite. Everything was exactly what we needed; stress free. We brought our boxer & got food from trader joes right across the way. The pool & spa were clean & inviting being as they’re next to a fire pit & bbq’s. My children voted this the only hotel we stay at in Prescott. They had a great time. Fireplace was relaxing, just down the stairs to walk the dog, view of the street from the bedroom-​lovely. Even the lady (wish I knew her name) gave my daughter a toy to play with during breakfast since she was the only one done. So homey, so safe & comfortable. My son enjoyed the gym as well. My daughter enjoyed the buffet breakfast & that we could call down to pay for anything that we left at home. Being as we were in a suite we could’ve used the shopping service to fill our fridge while we were out. We’ll be back.

This place is great. I can get my food at Trader Joe’s right across the street, or Sprouts down the road, and cook it myself in the room. I have many food requirements due to health reasons, and travelling is usually a chore instead of a joy. Because of the full kitchen, my stays here have been wonderful. The staff is great and very accommodating, and Blake especially responded to our requests with good humor and efficiency. Will stay here again again.

All was great and as expected for a residence inn. No complaints except one side of the building overlooks the main road and there is heavy traffic noise — even late on a Saturday night. This made it hard to get to sleep. Choose a room on the parking lot side.

Our large family had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn– Prescott. It was a fantastic hotel with a one of the kind pool, baby pool, spas, fireplaces and fire pits.
The breakfasts and socials were very well done. From the front desk folks, food staff, to the maintenance people, we were very impressed by their friendly and welcoming customer service. Ellen was absolutely terrific. Her kind and positive approach to life is very rare in today’s world. She certainly deserves all of the accolades that she receives! Congratulations to her for being named Marriott Food Handler of the Year!
Not to mention, the other guests were also very friendly and outgoing. We met some great people during our time at the pool in the evenings.
I believe that all of our positive attitudes reflected the treatment that we all received from this outstanding staff. Truly, one of the best places that I have stayed!

If you have to spend awhile in Prescott, this the place to stay. Huge suite rooms with kitchenette, very nicely appointed. Breakfast quite good and happy hour basically includes dinner on some of the nights. Everything works perfectly. There are a bunch of quaint little places to stay in Prescott that are fun if it is a short stay. If you’re there for a longer period, quaint doesn’t have the same attraction as included, new, spacious, and convenient.

This hotel was perfect for my family’s visit to Prescott. It’s great for families with young children (we have three children age five and under). We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast.
The breakfast was especially nice. My kids enjoyed the make-​your-​own waffle maker and the fresh fruit and oatmeal. There was an elderly lady on the staff who walked around giving all of the kids in the breakfast area toys! This was a very nice gesture.
The location is great — it is right off the main road in Prescott and there are plenty of restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive. We liked that it was only a 5 minute drive from Whiskey Row.
We had a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Prescott!

We had an amazing stay here! At check in, the pregnant girl was a bit snippy but she was pregnant so maybe she wasn’t feeling up to par. All the other employee’s we came into contact with after her were amazing and so they made up for our initial encounter.
Not only are these rooms spotless and well maintained, they are spacious and gorgeous!
They served a complimentary dinner the first night we arrived and we decided to give it a try and it was fantastic. They also offered a complimentary breakfast as well that had a large variety to choose from and it was also really good. I just loved the convenience of not having to leave the hotel and Ellen was more than fantastic! She is the one employee that will stand out over the rest for sure and she made sure that you were enjoying the food and her extra attention to service. There are a couple of casinos close by that we also visited while we stayed and it was a super fun time!

This location is perfect! Just across the street, there are several restaurants as well as a mall and a Trader Joe’s.
Room layout is awesome! There’s a full kitchen, including a fridge with an ice maker and a dining room table. There’s also a couch, and two televisions — and this is just in the one bedroom suite!
Residence Inn by Marriott is a cozy place to stay with plenty of amenities and a mini market right in the lobby. The free breakfast makes it even better!
The staff when we checked in was friendlier than the staff when we checked out, but overall it was still a solid 5 star experience.

Our stay here was great. The room layout and design was very nice. A senior citizen, Ellen, was amazing. She was friendly, kind, helpful, loving, spunky and a real sweetheart.

A great, cozy, warm place to stay. Staff are super-​friendly, and go out of their way to provide you the best experience.
Great amenities. Pool, spa and fitness center are clean, and first-​class.
Rooms are perfect. Comfy bed. Extra pillows.
If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s low water pressure. If there’s two things I can’t stand, it’s low water pressure and lukewarm water temps. Not here!
Shower is super-​hot, and super-​strong!
Free breakfast served in the AM.
There are plenty of places to stay in this part of Arizona, but don’t miss staying here. It’s extra-​special.

If you’ve stayed at a Residence Inn then you know what to expect here. We chose to stay here mainly because it was the «official» hotel for a wedding we were attending close by. However, I agree with the other reviewers that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I think this place would be a great option for families because they had a full kitchen (dishes and everything) and they do offer a limited amount of two bedroom suites. We chose this option because my MIL was traveling with us and it worked out beautifully since there was plenty of space and we each had our own bathroom.

Room was stylish, comfortable new looking interiors extremely well planned — Lovely patio & pool tiny gym & laundry, terrific dining area & computer area very comfortable & relaxing. Every room has 2 tvs couch easy chair table & chairs Micro stovetop sink & frig etc

Great place. Good location for Prescott. Hotel feels newer. The exterior is awesome, fire pits, seating, grills. Waffles for breakfast. All at a good rate. I’m super picky n I highly recommend this hotel.
