They took the money and RAN! Charged me $ 119 for a service call (they came but couldn’t fix) didn’t show for scheduled follow-​up appointment, no estimate, no fix, no call back no follow-​up what so ever! Oh yes, cashed my check! It was one of the coldest weekends this winter! When I finally called them to find out what happened the response was vague and really unapologetic actually stating they didn’t know anything about the follow-​up appointment even when it was directly on the work order… Finally admitted it but, oddly, I was told the work orders came out of Lake Havasu… REALLY??? The comment was they wouldn’t even have been notified in time to make the appointment anyway… EVEN THOUGH the service call was made on a Saturday and the follow-​up appointment was on Monday. I strongly suggest you call another more local company that knows how to follow-​up and cares about freezing people/​homes/​pets. Apparently, they think they earned that $ 119 no follow-​up needed. IMO paying a service fee implies that their intention is to HELP you fix your furnace if further follow-​up is needed.
My mother is part of One Hour’s «club» where they service her AC and furnace for a fee during the year. I absolutely cringe to think if she, at 90 years old had this problem instead of me!!! Needless to say, she is dropping them.
