I couldn’t ask for a better and yes, stress free move. Aldo and Sergio arrived promptly at 7:15 a.m. (I had a two hour window), and within minutes, yes, minutes, the upright piano was loaded on the truck (two story apartment to one-​story home). The rest of the furniture loaded quickly and painlessly (well for me anyway). :)
They were finished unloading the truck and placed my furniture in places I requested without any issues! No chips, nothing broken, nothing scratched.
They were both very polite and speedy! I can’t believe that from start to finish it was just about 3 ½ hours. The last time I moved using another moving company, it took 7 hours (and yes, I packed everything). So, I was a bit apprehensive about the time issue, but they soon put my fears to rest.
If you have any moves, I highly recommend them. Professional, polite and EFFICIENT!

Showed up 8 hours late. Plus we know people sweat in the Phoenix heat especially when you work as hard as these guys. But, it would have been nice if they would have wrapped cushions, etc., in a moving blanket while carrying out of and into a house. Now I need to do a good cleaning on all of the sofa cushions and chair due to the sweat and dirt they just put on all of them. Quite disgusting. By right they should refund my money to pay for the cleaning.

So many other movers out there and I would advise you to MOVE on to another.
2 hour window of when they would be here was 10-​noon. They started at 12:45. Two older gentleman, John and Rick who simply would not MOVE very fast or efficiently. A two bed /​den Optima Camelview conddo to a Scottsdale ranch townhome took…6.5 hours! $ 605 dollars! Way off thier quote. We had boxed everything and moved many small items our selves. I even tried to barter with one of the movers and offered him a 1 year old queen entire bed set with frame for a discount and he said yes and would leave the bed and come back for it. When payment time came they gave no discount and were not even going to MOVE the free bed left at the old place. Bad communiation, slow by the hour time wasters, and terrible customer service.

Since Aardvark moved me last spring and did such a wonderful job, I naturally called them for my upcoming move. I am moving the same items less a heavy dining room set with 4 chairs, although adding a lightweight coffee table and matching end table. Additionally instead of moving 28 miles away like last year, I am literally moving 4 miles down the street. Imagine my surprise when they gave me a quote of $ 30 more than last year. The price of gas is down and I’m moving less items, so I asked about this and the nice gal I spoke with said she would check with someone and call me back. Three days later and no call so decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called them back. The lady I spoke to, not the same woman I spoke to a few days earlier, was not entirely friendly and put me on hold twice. After the first time, she explained that I was moving more items than last year then proceeded to list the items I moved last year. I told her that was the original list but that I had updated it about a week before I moved. She then said that I must have added things at the last minute and that they didn’t charge me extra for it. I did no such thing and begged to differ with her but then she put me on hold again, this time for well over 5 minutes. I was very frustrated and had to get back to work so I hung up. I was extremely disappointed that they were not as helpful as last year so I felt the need to update my review and give them one star. No one has bothered to call me back with an explanation as to why this year’s move would be so much more and they certainly do have my phone number. I had really high hopes of using them again because they rocked last year. Good thing there are plenty of other movers in the area that would probably love to have my business.

Aardvark is the best moving company we’ve ever worked with! The guys show up on time, work hard and are very careful with all of our items. They treated our things, as if they were their own. I hope we never move again, but if we do, I’ll look forward to working with Aldo and his team.

These guys are awesome. These guys showed up right on time, finished quickly, and were extremely careful with our items. Price was incredibly reasonable, too. A+

These are the worst movers in the world. About having a Million Dollar insurance policy is a bunch of bull shit. Recently I had used them. Two guys showed up from Mexico. Un professional totally had no concept of packing. They cost thousands of dollars worth of damage. When we called the company to complain they got on the defensive. Never offered an compensation nor were they the least bit apologetic. Damon is their business manager, don’t waste your time talking with him. Totally useless unprofessional manager. Never followed up. If you going to use them my recommendation go to Home depot in the morning you will find guys standing there looking for work believe me they would be way better. Aardwark is not capable of providing workers any better. Save your things, safe your frustration get a real professional. Worst movers in USA. These people are nothing but a bunch of self employed movers that this company coordinates. they are not trained not experienced worst of all no credibility. Everything they moved was damaged or destroyed.

I’ve used four different moving companies in the last 5 years and these guys have been by far the best. They were promptly on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them and will use them next time I move. Thank you!

Super fast and efficient. The main guy, Edward, was super friendly and took everything in stride, with a great attitude (like when i kept forgetting other items that needed to be loaded at the last minute). He called when he was on his way, as requested, and they showed up at the very tail end of the promised window. He had two helpers with him and really i would like to give 4.5 stars because, of three items i had wrapped and marked «Fragile», one of the helpers pushed a fragile item to the side with his foot as he was trying to get out the door with the couch. Not the way you should treat something marked «fragile» but then again, I am not sure what the spanish language word for fragile is, so he may not have known. 4.5 stars. Affordable. $ 225 for 2hours and there was NO lollygagging. These guys HUSTLE. And it was SUPER hot out.

Great guys actually help me move. Arrived almost on time (but to be fair I was given 2 hour window), called before arrival.
Moved everything super fast and efficient. From condo in Tempe to house in North Phoenix in less then 2 hours.

I used these guys to move into the condo I’m in right now about a year ago. I picked them because they had good reviews. However I had some problems which is why I’m not using them again for this move I’m doing next week. First of all they were scheduled to show up at noon but they came half an hour early, even though I stressed that I wasn’t ready and it was a cluster f-​ck because I was just getting in the way. They also found a short extension cord attached to a fake fireplace and decided that for whatever reason to place it randomly inside the tank of my coffee pot, which I didn’t know they did that until I went to make coffee the next day and discovered it ruined after being submerged in hot water. It had a lightbulb that flashed red to make the fireplace appear real and I have no idea where to find a replacement because this is a really unique item that they ruined. The last thing that made me upset is they put my dresser upside down on the dolley and broke off a piece from the bottom without telling me. I had to nail back in because it made the dresser wobbly and unstable. The only good about this company is that it wasn’t too terribly expensive.

Once again Unilocal did not let me down when trying to find a mover. Aardvark Movers definitely lives up to their Unilocal stars, 5 out of 5! When Ray and Sergio showed up they were all business. We had prepped as best we could to make the move as quick as possible by moving as much stuff to the front room of the house. They were prepared with blankets, straps and a plethora of dollies. With a buddy and my self help we moved a 3 bed 2 bath home across town in 3 hours, I don’t mean to brag but that was quick! Aardvark really made the process much smother especially since Ray was a moving genius.
Just one suggestions please be flexible regarding the timing when planning your move. Aardvark gives you a window of time that they will be there, but if your not the first move of the day they may be running behind. These guys are working really hard so the definitely need some slack.
The other thing that was really nice was that you can pay buy card at the end which I thought was very convenient.
Overall, Aardvark is a quality moving company and I would recommend them to anyone that wants to hire a mover.

My wife and I were very impressed with Damon and his crew (Juan and Austin). They showed up when they said they would and worked HARD throughout the move. Even though it was about 104 degrees that day, they never slowed down. They paid attention when we asked them to be more careful with certain items and treated our furniture like their own. They were also pleasant and polite which made the move go by faster.
Our move took about 6 – 7 hours, the price was as stated before we started (hourly rate and one time drive fee), no hidden fees or anything.
I highly recommend them to anyone and will recommend them to my friends an family.

I moved 1÷21÷13 and looked around for a moving company before finding Aardvark. Most moving companies charge hourly (and then go as slow as possible). I liked that Aardvark had both hourly and fixed rates. I did the fixed quote and the price was very reasonable; the movers were on time, polite and efficient. Hopefully I won’t be moving for a while but I’d definitely call them again.

Very professional, polite staff: Edward and Eddie? They called before the scheduled arrival window and were there by 7:15 am. They were efficient and patient with me when I had no idea where to put things! I’ve never hired movers before, I usually force friends into it as well, but this was a great decision.

These movers were the best I’ve ever had. They arrived on time (actually, a little early), and were ready to go– and GO, they did! So fast and efficient, while still being careful with my things. I felt they were fair in their price (I did the «guaranteed price» instead of hourly), and I felt were fair overall, and just genuinely good and honest people (rare to find in movers, in my experience). I would highly recommend Damon and his crew from Aardvark Movers to anyone!

I loved loved loved my move with Aardvark… if you can love a move. The team of Ed and? (oh dear, I forgot his name), were TERRIFIC. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If I were to move again, I would hire them in a heartbeat! Wonderful experience. One of the best overall business experiences I’ve had.
Ed surveyed everything that needed to be moved and assessed quickly what needed to be loaded when. And then within 30 minutes, it was all in the truck and on its way. Unloading. they were conscientious and efficient and friendly.

After moving at the end of July three years in a row, I decided enough was enough… if I wanted my friends and family to keep talking to me then I needed to give them a break and hire movers. Everyone I talked to told me that it would be well worth the expense, but I remained a skeptic… after all, I was used to a handful of friends and a nominal fee of post-​move beer and pizza.
I couldn’t have been more impressed with Aardvark. They were considerate, easy to work with, prompt and efficient. Their pricing seemed fair and came in under the other quotes we received. They navigated hefty bedroom sets around awkward angles with ease. Not a scratch, ding or bump anywhere. They truly are professionals. I am sure my friends and family will be relieved to hear that I will be using Aardvark Movers again in the future.

My family recommended them from a total of 5 moves, so my expectations were high. Their pricing system is AWESOME! They respond quickly to inquiries, adapt to your schedule, and they were careful with my things. The guarantees are nice, too! I didn’t worry about my belongings for a moment.
The only complaint I have is that I had to repeat everything about ten times. I’m not exaggerating. It’s hard to say whether it was due to language barrier or just extremely poor listening skills. I’d say both. Some people will micromanage movers anyway, but that is not my style and it added unexpected stress to an already stressful day.
Given the other upsides, I’d still recommend them to anyone.
