Worst deli experience ever. I was on my lunch break today and went there to order a simple tuna sandwich can someone please tell me how it takes 25 minutes to put tuna in a roll! I wasted my whole lunch break not to mention the sandwich was not tasty at all! I do not recommend this place at all I will not be returning!

I give A&A a three star, sandwhiches were great definetly over stuffed and generous portions. One of our sandwiches was made wrong but was still good. The staff however was rude what a shame usually delis have the opposite problem… bad food good service this was good food bad service, shouldn’t have rude young men working for you.

Idk if there was a change in owner or if it is all the new staff but I haven’t received a good order in weeks. I’ll get sandwiches that are made wrong or grilled chicken that is microwaved for WAAY to long. Today I ordered a lunch from the hot plates and when I got home it was only half full, just such a change from a place that used to pack them full.

Good deli. Needs to be a bit cleaner, noticed that there were dust bunnies on some of the shelving. Be sure to check the expiration dates on the food in the middle aisle, seems like they sit there for a long time, stick with the fresh items.

This is a good ol deli. The food is good. «Italian» deli… not so much, but I’m used to the bronx and yonkers so it’s hard to compare. They do have some italian products but it doesnt compare to a traditional NY italian deli. The sandwiches are pretty damn good. The owner is the man. They have nice sides and prepared food also. Pricing is fair and they have a mini grocery selection of italian stuff also. Overall a pretty good deli. Final rating 8⁄10 as a general«upstate» deli… as an italian deli 6⁄10.

deli food and staff is goo enough, where they lack is in SPEED! it takes forever to get an order done(a simple order) and also when they take orders over the phone they tend to mess it up. guys you need to speed it up!

It’s a solid deli with decent staff. I’m a bit of a picky eater so I expect a correct order when I place one. I placed an order for one whole egg and three egg whites on toasted wheat bread with hot sauce and I got maybe two whole eggs on white bread with ketchup. I even expressed that the order was a bit complicated. Other visits have gone smoother but a condiment or something else always managed to detract from my meal on the go. They do have great salads and fruit cups to go, if that is a redeeming quality.

Great local deli with surprisingly good Buffalo wings for this part of the state.
