Hello fellow Unilocaler’s. I’m in Pawling visiting was hungry for dinner on a Monday night and the choices of open places was very limited. I found Carol’s which at the time only had one review but a favorable one. My cousin and I decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with our chicken fajitas and steak tacos both delicious. Served with rice and black beans. Truth the beans and rice were tasty but not steaming hot. The fajitas were as good as ones I’ve had in Mexico and the steam was sizzling. What this little convenience store lacks in ambience they make up for in good food. Totally worth stopping in if you like real Mexican food.

Great Mexican deli in downtown Pawling. Had a very good steak fajita that came out in a huge steaming hot skillet and a side of rice and fresh beans. So good! The inside is very clean and nice. Employees are very friendly. Overall very good and highly recommended.
