History
Established in 2015.
Developed by David Gonzalez, Enrico Romero, and Chef Joseph Barlow, the concept was imagined by David on a business trip to Southern Florida. From there he knew that the Hudson Valley needed an outlet to enjoy great and unique wine while tasting the passion that a reputable Chef such as Joseph Barlow creates.

Manager
Nitaya is the a vital part of Yolo, she puts her heart and soul into all that she does. Whether its back of the house duties or tending the bar, Nitaya is our fearless leader who does all she can to ensure guests and staff are cared for. She brings to Yolo 14 years of experience running a business and 6 years restaurant experience. Having known Chef Barlow for 20 years brings a fun and refreshing comradeship to the restaurant. There is no better person fitting of the General Manager position than Nitaya
