Specialties
Crew Restaurant, with its CIA trained chefs, use the best ingredients we can get and execute the cooking techniques properly. Our menu mostly consists of European eclectic faire with Asian and American influences. We use as many local products as possible, such as the duck and rabbit, from John Fazio Farms in Modina, Hudson Valley Fresh dairy and goat cheese from Milton. During the growing season, we get local produce and we have an organic garden at the restaurant that produces a great deal of the fresh herbs, tomatoes, mixed greens, peppers and more. We get fresh fish deliverys several times a week, insuring a constant supply of the freshest seafood available.
We have over 100 bottles of wine, with more than 30 of them available by the glass. In addition, we have 10 draught lines and specialize in craft beers.
History
Established in 2008.
Crew re-opened it’s doors, with new owners, in May of 2008. It is a chef owned establishment.
