I waited in line in the drive thru to pick up 1 prescription with 1 car in front of me with 1 person inside the store being waited on at the counter with only one person ringing up customers and 1 pharmacist. By the time I got out of there ½ hour later there were 4 cars behind me and 7 people inside the store lined up from the long wait. They need to hire more people and come up with a better system. They are always out of everything too. This is a terrible pharmacy and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband had a prescription called in while he was waiting. He sat for over ½ hr while they filled previously called in prescriptions even though we were waiting. VERYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE!

The staff at Walgreens and particularly the pharmacy have always been great. 3 major illnesses the past 2 years has required many medications. They always check«let me see if we have that in stock» and also ensure there aren’t any interactions with multiple meds. I’m grateful they take time, and the turnover is low so I don’t feel I’m starting all over each trip.

I honestly don’t think i will ever return to this location. I brought in some disposable cameras from my vacation a month ago to have developed. The people at the 1 hour photo didn’t even talk to me until i had been there for a few minutes, then they told me that they send all film out, which i was fine with and that they would call when it came back in. A month later, I decided to check on the film and found out that my pictures had been there for a few weeks waiting for pick up, no one had ever called or anything. They also charged me $ 15 a pack(4 packs total) and no one even told me that not all of my film had been developed. The pictures i got back are horrible and look like they weren’t even properly developed. Most have red spots that are common in film that is exposed to light and the others look like bad digital reprints. Less than half of them were even developed. I am definitely very unhappy with my service

Walgreens is usually quick and convenient. I just waited in line and watched as the cashier gave wrong change, complained about«just waking up»(it’s nearly 5pm) and then send me away when it was my turn to check out. Haley the cashier stated that since I had a cosmetic item, that the cosmetics department«will get credit» if I purchase the item in that department. Please let customers know this ahead of time. If particular items must be paid for in specific departments, let customers know that before they come to the front of the line. Frustrating.

Consistently slow. They never ask if I need to wait for a prescription because they are always backed up. If there are problems with insurance, my providers, etc, they don’t contact me. I go back there to pick up and that’s when they tell me. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or poorly managed, but I’ve been coming here for 3 years and it’s usually like this. I only keep coming back because it’s the closest location to me and I don’t want to uproot my whole prescription history. But I’m definitely considering it.

Yes, it’s a pretty much a run of the mill Walgreens. There is a convenient drive through pharmacy. A «one hour photo» department. A good selection of over the counter meds, hygiene products, cosmetics, baby items, holiday decorations, greeting cards and tons of other things you may, or may not need for around the home. The pharmacists are great. The store staff is not the best, but again, it’s a Walgreens. The prices are a bit high on most items. You can generally get things quite a bit cheaper on Amazon, and definitely at Costco, but in a pinch it’s fairly close and easy to get in and out of. Parking can be tough as it shares a lot with New Seasons. If you can, avoid on a Tuesday. New Seasons has Senior Discount day on Tuesdays, and the parking lot is insane!

This Walgreen’s is on par with the reviews found here — many shortages on all sorts of items, completely empty cosmetics shelves and hit-or-miss service. Cannot comment on the pharmacy.

Never going back here again. They never have anything in stock and their staff look like they hate their jobs. Go somewhere else!

This place is NOT fantastic. The first guy in line finally got helped at the counter only to be told that the prescription he put in for 45 minutes ago was«out of stock». Naturally, he was quite irritated that he drove back to pick it up since no one had called to let him know it was not available. The tech told him, «sorry, we got busy». The second guy in line walked out because he had been waiting so long. Some version of what happened today happens nearly every time I’m here. The employees are always looking so crazed and disorganized. It’s especially annoying that the front counter person also helps the drive-thru. They are busy enough to warrant having 2 people staff this area. Walk-in customers shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes in line(without so much as a greeting) until the drive-thru cars are finished, and vice versa… Get another worker!!! I’ve been going here for over a year, because the location was semi-convenient, but it’s not worth it, so I’m transferring my prescription to another pharmacy.

The Pharmacy at Walgreen’s is the worst I have ever used! They have filled incorrect prescriptions several times, they also filled more then I had asked for and they will not correct their mistakes. If this happened to some one with mixed medications this pharmacy could seriously harm or even kill someone by drug interaction or overdose. Yet they take no responsibility to check prescriptions before they leave the store! Yes, I will no longer be using this pharmacy or company.

This Walgreens is oddly plagued by shortages. Over the summer, for weeks on end, they had absolutely zero stock of infant/children’s pain medicine. This was during the Great Tylenol Recall of 2010, so i wasn’t surprised to not find Tylenol, but they didn’t have motrin or even generic versions of tylenol or motrin. It was strange. They had none at all. For weeks. They also lost one of my prescriptions once, which was annoying, but it never happened again. Other than these frustrations, it’s a decent store. It’s clean, the staff’s nice, and the merchandise is basic mainstream drug store stock. They usually only have one of each type of thing, though, so you can’t come in here with your heart set on finding, say, neon colored index cards, because they only carry plain white and pastel colors.
