Larry’s proven experience in change management began in his twenties when he successfully conducted his first business turnaround of a struggling computer service bureau in Guam. Later, as one of the early vice presidents of Timberline Software, an early national leader in accounting software, he made significant contributions to both the marketing and distribution of their products. Over the years he has accumulated direct expertise in the high-​tech, professional services and manufacturing industries. Altogether, Larry Briggs blends a highly inspiring message with real-​world application for an outstanding learning experience that translates to results. His seminars and executive coaching methods dive into the heart of how great leaders function.
