One note: Claudia from Urban Cheesecraft contacted both my housemate and me and arranged with the Urban Farm Store to get us (and, I believe our whole class) refunds for the class we took.
I appreciated the response, and as I said, Claudia and the Urban Farm folk are great… I just don’t see myself taking that sort of class again for that kind of price.
We tried out the cheese kit — it’s got everything you need except for milk, so that’s awesome — but still weren’t able to complete the cheese on our own. So my stars stand, but the update seemed appropriate.
