Although this Motel is on 82nd(and everyone will tell you to stay away from 82nd) we were very happy to stay there. The staff is REALLYCOOL, very friendly, the rooms are clean(yes, there are cigarette burns on some parts of the carpet), they have every room equipped with a fridge, microwave, and FREE long distance and local calls. The bathroom comes with a bath tub, the cleaning lady is really efficient, we didn’t really see any prostitutes, and/or drug dealers(although I believe that there are possibly some there, it’s 82nd after all), and it was quiet. The #72 bus stops right in front, shopping and the MAX station are near by, from there to downtown about 40 minutes. Overall, if you are on a budget, I would recommend this place. You can’t really get a better deal, believe me, we looked around.

This place is gross! Very old and everyone does drugs. Hookers all around outside. I don’t think they wash the bedspreads either. There are no hotels on 82nd that are good.

Great place for the price. I really liked the lady who works in the afternoon. Housekeeping does a good job for the age of the building. I noticed that the carpets seem clean and relatively new. The walls were white and furniture wasn’t covered in cigarette burns like other motels on 82nd. If I needed a place to stay in Portland, I would definitely go there.

Cheapest hotel around for price and quality. If your on a budget and your ok with cockroaches sharing your room then this is the place!
