When looking for a place to reupholster an old sofa of grandmas everywhere I researched was very pricey and felt the entire sofa needed to be done. Someone recommended Trio to me and I am so glad I listened. On my first visit to the store I was greeted very friendly and the women helped hold door and carry sofa cushions. There were many material and patterns to choose from and I was allowed to bring samples home to make final decision. I called with decision and they took my credit card info over phone so I didn’t have to drive back. When I was called to pick them up approx 3 weeks later the women in the store were all very friendly. I was told if the fit isn’t right they would come by and measure sofa. Got home, They did not fit and they kept their promise! Kristina came by and picked them up and measured the sofa and made new cushions. Approx 2 – 3 weeks later got the phone call from Kristina they were done and she offered to drop them off. I was so excited to come home to the sofa and new cushions. Beautiful job and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Trio. I look forward to using them in future when we decide to do one of grandmas chairs.
