This is my favorite Tibet shop. I’ve been going there for many years. The owner, a native Tibetan, makes personal trips to Tibet and brings back the items. I don’t wear jewelry so I have never paid attention to that aspect of the store. I understand another reviewer was very critical. However, I bought the most amazing lotus seed mala at this store that I use every day. It has been a real blessing in my life. I no longer live in Portland but every time I visit I make a point to go back to this store.

This is one of my favorite Portland shops! Find a ring, or a shirt, or a gift for your Aunt Mae. The owner is helpful and exceedingly interesting(ask him about his travels and adventures) and the store often hosts local Tibetan cultural events. A must-see for any Portland visitor, or native.

I’ve been to my share of Tibetan shops and this is one I just have no desire to go back to. The jewelry(what little they had) was very much not my thing. The quality of the products just. yeah no. But if you do want to be driven crazy by 10 people at a time trying to figure out how to play a singing bowl this is your place.
