Chef and General Manager Thomas Dunklin, who previously served as the Executive Chef of B&O American Brasserie in Baltimore and Executive Chef at Red Star Tavern & Roast House in Portland, now leads the team at this scenic waterfront location. This style of modern American cuisine with global influences offers guest dishes that highlight his passion for local, seasonal and fresh ingredients. «Being back in Oregon really allows me to embrace my true passion, to make simple, clean dished that allow the true flavors of the food to stand out» said Chef Dunklin. «I have a commitment to local ingredients, a long standing relationship with Portland area farmers and Oregon coast fisheries, and I’m very excited to be able to bring the best food the northwest has to offer right to our guests.»
