The Oregon Clinic Neurosurgery – West

I waited three months for an appointment with this office due to their inability to obtain records. I finally get to the office and I have to address the staff the get noticed. I waited thirty minutes before asking how much longer it would be. I was told that the doc was still busy in the hospital and that they would page them. Thirty minutes later I was still waiting and had to leave without seeing anyone. If you want a doctor that has time for you and can make you feel like a priority, you should look elsewhere. This was an incredible waste of time during a time in my life where I urgently needed care and now I have to start the process over because this clinic did not take their responsibility to me seriously. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

I would run from this office. They are the least helpful to their patients of any place I have been over the last year. Connie is the least helpful medical assistant and makes you feel like a bother every time you call. If they could understand chronic pain that’d be great. Dr. O’Neill ruined my back at 26 I’m disabled. They have been nothing but a headache to work with. If I can help any young person to stay away then I would recommend it. The front office staff doesn’t say hi when you walk in and everyone after my surgery made me feel like a bother! Run!
