Crysta was exceptionally professional and patient from scheduling an appointment for my 1995 jaguar xjs, through to me dropping off the car. She’s very knowledgable and happy to chat on the numerous gorgeous cars they were working on. Lotus Esprit, Rolls Royce, Jaguars and Ferraris. Really clean waiting area and workshop.
They diagnosed the issues and fixed at a very reasonable fee. Will be bringing my xjs for servicing and all future automotive needs. The summary of work was very clearly stated and my lay person questions were answered in plain English. Thank you.

Feel very lucky I was referred to The Jag shop by a car fanatic friend I trust. Over the past 4 years all of my services have been done fast, fairly and everything is explained throughly along with a very friendly atmosphere. This is the only place in town where we will have our Land Rover worked on. After being reemed at the LR dealership and learning the hard way, we discovered the Jag Shop and have never looked back. They are honest, trustworthy, and fair, and their rates are very competitive too. Plus they’re just nice people — bonus!

I comparison shopped, over the phone and via email, some work that my wife’s Jag needed after the dealer gave me a jaw dropping quote. Right off the bat The Jag Shop stood out from the crowd. Their email response was quick and they were very familiar with the issue I was describing. They did the work for several hundred dollars less than the dealer had quoted.
I will continue doing all my routine maintenance through The Jag Shop. They are such friendly and honest people that I would be crazy to go anywhere else. A truly great find in a mechanic shop that does such great work.

My Jag was fixed here through a dealership and when I was not comfortable that it was fixed they (The Jag Shop) told me that I can bring it in if I still see any problems and they would fix it. They told me that they guaranteed their work.
I was really more impressed with the fact that they remembered my Jag without me telling them what work was done on it.

Craig’s very talented – got my Lotus Esprit Turbo through DEQ after just a couple of hours, finding a handful of problems the Colorado mechanic who rebuilt the engine caused. Sailed through with an emissions # of 72 (limit is 220; was running as high as 400 in the 4 previous attempts!).
Craig solved the problem 1st time, with just a couple of hours work. I couldn’t be more pleased!
