Our office has a two very knowledgeable doctors & eight friendly staff members dedicated to fulfilling all of your eye care needs including: comprehensive visual eye exams for your family, from six months of age through senior adulthood, Orthokeratology (non-​surgical correction for near-​sightedness) a.k.a. Ortho-​k or Corneal Reshaping Therapy, Contact lenses fitting and evaluation, Dry eye management, Eye emergency, Diagnosis and treatment for eye disease (i.e. Cataracts, Gluacoma, Diabetes), LASIK co-​management, & Complimentary lifetime eyeglass adjustments.

History

Established in 2005.

Dr. Tina Tsai moved to Portland from California to open her own private practice. She opened the doors of The Eye Studio in 2005 to provide quality vision care to the local residents of Portland, OR.

Meet the Business Owner

Dr. Tina T.

Business Owner

Dr. Tina Tsai has been involved in the eyecare profession since 1993. She received her Doctorate in Optometry with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry in 1999. She enjoyed considerable success as the president of Dr. Tina Tsai Optometry in San Leandro, California prior to arriving in Portland.

She is, first and foremost, a warm and caring optometrist who is driven by the desire to find the best way to correct vision problems for her patients. She is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa National Optometric Honor Society and American Academy of Orthokeratology.

Dr. Tsai and her husband Jay have two sons, Ryan and Joshua. The family enjoys traveling and taking road trips in the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Tsai is also an avid runner and usually runs various half marathons each year. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese as well as English.
