I visit Starbucks a lot. I stopped by this one for the first time today, and as Starbucks goes it’s one of the better ones I’ve seen. Ample seating, a very helpful and friendly staff(thanks to Jeff and the nice woman who explained the lunch special!), and fast service. No complaints about my latte either. I’d go out of my way to stop here again, and if I lived around here this might just be my go-to location.

I’m giving 4 stars. Not so much because of the quality of the coffee, but definitely because of barista Alex(big glasses, friendly). Boy, does Alex like his job! Yes, baristas are supposed to be friendly to their customer and service-oriented. I’ve been to many Starbucks where baristas are just doing their job and don’t really care that much. This guy is super friendly to customers, has the right attitude and just makes the place nicer. Thank you Alex!

This is probably the best run Starbucks I’ve visited. The interior is roomy and well cared for — and they are as efficient as they are fast at getting your order up. I was thirsty and tired and hot and running on empty and they made rescue-coffee for me in a snap — and just exactly in the pretzelly-confused way I ordered it. That’s right; iced whole-milk decaf vente latte w/an extra shot and nutmeg. That’s me. Whew. Saved again.

I came in here to do homework on a Friday night, and as soon as I sat down I realized there was blaring rap music overhead. I was annoyed but trying to ignore it. There was an older gentleman also working and he politely asked the barista to change the music, it was really loud and the song was pretty distracting. The woman told him that the speakers weren’t as loud in the back room! i couldn’t believe she told a customer to move because he didn’t like the music. Then the man asked how they chose music, and she said they choose playlists on Spotify, so obviously it would have been really easy for them to pick a more mellow playlist. During the next 30 minutes they continued to play some rap and some loud rock music. Overall annoying, but I couldn’t believe how rude the woman was to a paying customer!

This seems to be the definition of a Starbucks customers«reason to return». EVERYTIME I go here I get exactly what I order, without fail. The team is friendly, the coffee is alway on point and they do mobile ordering which makes pick up a dream! Also there is plenty of seating space for working or reading or chatting over a coffee. Great go to spot.

I stopped here for the first time early this morning to escape the cold while I waited for the bus, and the woman working made the most amazing coffee I’ve ever had at a Starbucks; it was perfectly creamy and strong. She should get an award, or something.

They updated the WiFi since my last review so I’m reflecting that. Still could use some updates to the interior.

This Starbucks is spacious and with lots of tables to read/study/do some work on your computer. I would go more often if it wasn’t for the strict time limit of the parking lot. I might have gotten 1 – 2 tickets before when I lost track of time… Kinda makes it an expensive cup of coffee with those parking tickets!

What can I say here? It’s a Starbucks, been to one, been to them all. Staff was efficient, although they somehow thought my name was Ebony.

I stopped here after driving down from Seattle at 5AM so I was a little grouchy, having driven for three hours and being tired. I must say the staff here changed my mood instantly. They’re all so friendly and courteous. I like the look of this location too. The tall stool chairs are really nice. I ordered our two drinks and took a seat. Not even a minute goes by and they’re done with our order. There were other people there as well but it was still by far the quickest my order has been made at any Starbucks. There’s nothing that would especially stand out here but for efficiency and great customer service, I give a five! November challenge(11/23/2012)

Last year around the holidays, JB and I made the long haul to the westside(not exaggerating — that’s maybe twenty minutes that I could have been sleeping). JB needed pants or something. I wanted to browse at Urban Outfitters. As we approached the crest that signaled Trendy-Third at the right, I experienced a strange combination of seasonal affective disorder, agoraphobia, misanthropy, and utter dread at giving up a chunk of my Saturday to mingle with yipsters. My head felt like it had been flooded with cotton. My mouth got dry. I gripped JB on his shoulder. «I can’t do this. Pull in here.» «What? I – JESUSLETGOOFTHEWHEELYOU’LLKILLUSBOTH. All right, I’ll just turn around. You can let go now.» We pulled into the lot that a Starbucks shares with a Zupan’s and a dry cleaners. I muttered that whole holier-than-thou disclaimer(*Disclaimer: I am not a regular buyer of the ‘Bucks*) and plowed through the entrance. One thing I will say about Starbucks — they are everywhere in your time of extreme caffeine/downtime need. Of course, that’s also their worst quality. But that day, they served me well. We sat for a few stress-free moments, watching the shoppers mill around the Levi’s store. We listened to Sarah McLachlan do an impeccable cover of that Joni Mitchell song about Christmas and rivers. I took several deep, calming breaths and sipped my Starbucks take on an Americano. Their drinks are a lot like the holiday spirit. Not always authentic, but they fulfill a purpose.
