History

Established in 2012.

I was a dog walker for 6 years in SF. When I moved to Portland a couple of years ago, I knew I was ready to start my own business, and so SIT RUN PLAY began.

* Sit Run Play provides dog walking services, and overnight boarding, (in my home.)

1) Walks) 1 hour!

I specialize in small group walks. I pick the dogs up at your home or office, drive to a park, we run around for an hour, chasing balls, hiking trails, playing with 3 – 4 other dogs in the group, then drop them back home. The dogs love it! You don’t have to do a thing except relax and come home to a happy, tired dog.

2) Overnight boarding: I also provide overnight boarding in my home 7 days a week. Some dogs just don’t do well at boarding/​daycare facilities.(including my own dogs.) So if your pup needs a little bit more of one– on –one care, my home is a great place to be. It’s so much fun! When they’re with me they’re treated just like one of the family.

I’ve been dog walking and petsitting for 8 years, 6 of those working for a wonderful company in SF. But I knew when I moved to Portland from SF it would be time to finally start my own business, and so Sit Run Play began.

For me there is nothing better than running around outside all day, getting dirty, getting slobbered on, getting doggie kisses and giving belly rubs. I fell in love with the job pretty much from day one. The dogs and I have so much fun, I really can’t imagine doing anything else.

And I love having the dogs at my house for boarding. They are all treated like one of the family.
