Scott Lee Sharp has been a criminal defense lawyer for several years. He honed his skills at Metropolitan Public Defender’s where handled a wide variety of cases. In 2009, Scott went forth to open his own office and has since helped people charge with both misdemeanors and felonies in Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas Counties. Thefts, Assaults, Robberies, Murder, Victim Advocacy. Scott speaks fluent Russian. His office is open 9 – 5 M-​F and by appointment. Set in the comfortably Goose Hollow district, his office is conveniently located next to the Goose Hollow Max stop and is close to downtown Portland. Parking is available.

Business Owner

Scott is a veteran of the US Navy and Gulf War. He served in Europe and Africa and Southwest Asia for 5 years. After the military, Scott earned his BA from Washington State University in Russian Language and Literature and earned a minor in Philosophy. Scott went on to study in Seattle at the University of Washington where, in 1998, he earned his MA in Slavic Linguistics. The next year took Scott to Los Angeles, where he received a scholarship to attend Loyola Law School from which he graduated in 2002. Scott came to Portland and has been practicing law ever since.
