We are a holistic wellness center and med spa (medspa) offering a wide range of complimentary modalities to make us Portland’s premier oasis for rejuvenation and healing. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive approach to your well being and we’ll work with you to determine which treatments best suit your needs.

Aesthetics — Holistic and standard Facials, chemical peels, microderm abrasion, and waxing

Medical Aesthetics — Botox, Juvederm, Latisse, Voluma, Xeomin, Radiesse, Belotero, Medical Weight Loss, Icon 1540 Non-Ablative Laser Resurfacing and IPL (intense pulse light) skin treatments (including scar removal, stretch mark removal, acne, rosacea, and permanent hair reduction) and Ultherapy.

History

Established in 2013.

Dr. Wiggins is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor who has been trained in conventional medical sciences as well as in Naturopathic diagnostic and treatment modalities. As a Naturopath providing holistic primary care, she can diagnose and treat disease, give physical exams, order and interpret appropriate labs, and prescribe natural and pharmaceutical medicines and treatments. Her goal is to treat the whole person, not just a symptom, optimizing overall wellness and health. In recent years she has also found a passion for medical aesthetics and approaches those treatments with a sculptors touch to achieve very natural looking results be it for injectables (such as Botox and Juvederm), laser treatments, or ultherapy.

In addition to general naturopathic primary care, Dr. Wiggins specializes in holistic dermatology, hormone balancing for men and women, medical weight loss, & detoxification. She also utilizes IPL, non-ablative lasers, ultherapy and natural therapies to treat acne, rosacea, eczema, sun damage & other skin conditions. Dr. Wiggins also has years of experience and a sculptors touch with Photo Facial Rejuvenation, Botox, Xeomin, Radiesse, Belotero, Voluma, Juvederm, & Latisse to produce natural looking results.

The spa area is so decadent and well-thought out. After a treatment, it’s nice to get some self-time in a bit of luxury. I normally dislike steam rooms, as they are too hot and I feel like I can’t breath in such thick air, but I love the steam room here. It is breathable and just the right temperature. The UV light room is also great to dry off in after a restful spa soak and I feel rejuvenated each time I come in.

Everyone at Sante is the top of their game… I’ve splurged for spa days before I went there, and now I don’t consider it a splurge – it’s become a regular ritual, whether it’s for a microderm (haven’t had such soft skin since high school) or body work (otherworldly). Everyone I’ve interacted with there is professional, compassionate, and interested in my well-being.

This place was divine— so relaxing and comfortable! I bought my friend a massage and instead of waiting for him in the waiting room, they invited me in to use the hot tub, sauna, steam room, uv room for free — and even let me borrow a bathing suit! How sweet! I will definitely be back for my own massage!!!

I recently came to Sante for a microdermabrasion facial (something I usually get done once every 2 months when I fly to L.A.) The customer service was excellent, however my microdermabrasion was beyond poor… very unhappy with my results. I spent way too much money, and saw zero difference in my skin.
The owner thinks I am a paid employee or a child, since she is ordering me to contact her «as soon as possible.» That was really rude. I called her 3x today & she did not return my call. I imagine you didn’t call me back bc it was the end of a long working day for you. Guess what? I have those days to and Unilocal is not a means for you and I to now play phone tag. I’m a working woman who should not feel bullied into calling or emailing you over 2 sentences of a bad review. You offer a public service, I simply said mine wasn’t great. First Amendment. What you are doing is ordering me, to call you back and provide feedback. But what iif I don’t want to? What if there is nothing more to say? I don’t have the time to call you back & give feedback, my feedback is on Unilocal = 2 sentence. moving on. My facialist was a lovely woman. My facial not so lovely. It’s ok to have a range of reviews for your bz. If bz owners are this concerned they can pay to get secret shoppers. Unilocal was not founded with the intention of giving business owners a means to order customers to call them back and explicitly state what was wrong with the service. I’m not out to bring your bz down, I didn’t say anything horribly offensive. Please leave me alone.

I love the space at Sante and my service (a 90-minute facial) was excellent, so I plan to visit again, for sure! The only issue I had was with trying to figure out the protocol with robes, etc. (it was my first visit). It seemed you had to ask for a robe (I’ve had a lot of spa treatments at many places (domestically and internationally) and this is the first time I wasn’t given a robe upon being shown the ladies locker room). By the time I figured out that I had to request one, it was time for my treatment. I suppose I could have used all of the facilities after my treatment, but decided to just go. (Another new client was also visiting that day and she asked me about the robe situation… she was also a bit confused by the somewhat unorthodox approach of not offering one automatically).
All in all it was a great experience and one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I am looking forward to future visits!

Hannah is a miracle worker! I had my first facial with her last night. I’m a science nerd, so per my request she explained the process as we went along and answered my numerous questions cheerfully. The whole process was comfortable, relaxing and effective. I left feeling like I’d had a great nap and woke up this morning with markedly improved skin!

This place is insane! Posh and tranquil! The pictures don’t even do it justice. The hot tub is great and the water is crystal clear, the cold tub is the perfect temp. I love being able to hop back and forth.
I love the sun room, at first I wasn’t sure if I was going to like sitting in rocks but I loved the grounding feeling. I’m glad I’m not the only one who appreciates Himalayan sea salt. It’s a great idea. I met an old friend there who had had some Botox and laser treatments and they looked 5 years younger, totally natural and not frozen. I had never been fond of these treatment in the past, but I may have to try them now. I can’t believe I just found out about this place! What a gem, I can’t wait to go back. I will update my review after I get some treatments in the future!

A girlfriend and I were visiting Portland for a mom’s weekend away, and having a massage was the only way to start our trip. The ladies at Santè were so accommodating and fit us in on a last minute whim. From the moment we booked until the moment we left, we had such a great experience. Kylie was so sweet and amazing… not only did she provide amazing service but she took the time to write out a list of places to visit while in town. Sara comes highly recommended if you need a good massage! Definitely a great vibe happening!

I had my first Naturopathy appointment with Dr. Costello last night, and I cannot say enough good things about her! My last doctor did not make me feel like she was interested in my well being at all, so my experience last night was 1,000% better!
Dr. Costello is extremely thorough in trying to understand your health concerns and what is going on in your body. I felt comfortable telling her what was going on, and felt like I could trust her recommendations on how to solve the problems I am having. I was amazed by how much she explained to me about the way certain things affect my health. No doctor I have ever had has taken the time to do that for me. The minute I walked into the building I felt more at ease than I have in a long time. The waiting area is absolutely GORGEOUS! It was nice to come in from the cold rainy Portland weather to a fireplace! Plus, the fact that I can use the soaking tub before or after my appointment is awesome!
I can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks!

If you are looking for mole removal LOOK NO FURTHER! Dr. Costello is knowledgeable, gentle, and completely professional. I received radio frequency for benign moles on my back and the non-invasive procedure was painless and quick. There is no reason to have moles surgically excised. The front desk was polite and offered me tea while I waited. I look forward to the day they receive CareCredit, as I have no insurance and paid out of pocket. They have a wide variety of services to address all your self-care needs, whether they be medi spa, massage and esthetics, naturopathic, or dermatological. The space is gorgeous and right next to a yoga center. Try their steam and soak. High end feel with lots of love.

This is a great day spa. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. My husband and I are so happy our hairstylist «Hair by Mish» suggested it to us. The Shiatsu message from Tracy was truly a transcending experience. I’ve had two now and they are an experience of relaxation that I’ve never felt before in my life. Upon returning home from our first massages here, we immediately booked the next month with the same massage therapist. My husband really enjoy Nikki’s massage as well. My husband is pretty tough to please when it comes to massage therapists in the past. But he said this was the first therapist that got into all the areas he really need her to focus on. I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

Santé is truly an amazing place! With all of the things that they offer, you feel like you are whisked away on a vacation to Spain when you walk in the door. The beauty of the facility is breath taking; the staff are very friendly and the list of services provide one stop shopping as a means toward holistic
wife had botox injections and her face looks natural (you can’t even tell — she just looks less stressed and more relaxed). The technique that Dr. Wiggins and her nursing staff uses is phenomenal and authentic. I appreciate the variety that Santé provides: If you want a primary care physician and wish to get a specialty massage you can. Or you can enjoy an exquisite facial, have a stress-relief soak in their hot pool, sauna or get mood enhancement from their sun room… it’s an all encompassing wellness clinic that I intend to return to, often.

I have had massage with Lana at Santé. Lana is an incredibly talented massage therapist, she has years of professional experience & is very passionate about massage which is evident in the way she communicates before, during & after the sessions.

Had the best time here a few weeks ago. Got a living social deal and thought I would try out their day spa after being alittle too hung over one day.
Space is clean and nicely setup. I didn’t run into hardly anyone while relaxing in their steam room, sauna and hot tub. Felt like I owned the place.
I ended up getting a friend a massage here for her birthday. She’s a massage theropist and she was amazed at the quality of her massage.
Their products are the best as well.

I recently had the most amazing and spiritual experience receiving Shiatsu from Tracy Barnett at Santê. I cried, giggled, and sighed. It was exactly what I needed to feel balanced. I’ve been dealing with higher than usual stress levels recently and she made me feel much better. Like waves of warmth passing over my body and melting away the tension. If you haven’t received Shiatsu before, it is different than Swedish style massage. It has a completely different outcome in that it explores your body from an energetic level. I would recommend this experience to anyone who knows that physical manipulation of their muscles is not enough, you need something that goes a little deeper.
The facility itself is remarkable. As a LMT myself I have worked in a few nice spas and this one has warm and open feel. I would give them a 5 star on their treatment of guests as well. It was very clean and crowded like some the other spas in town. The soaking tub is a free benefit to purchasing treatments there, so go ahead and schedule it while you schedule your appointment.
Don’t plan too much else for your day after your massage. It it best to let the good work settle in your system for a while and rushing around can wait till the tomorrow.

I have been a massage client of Lana for about a year now & when she moved her practice to Sante I went in for a massage. Immediately after entering the space downstairs I felt like I had been transported to another country. There is a Sauna, pool & cold plunge to get ready for the massage with &/or for use after the massage. The décor is very rich & spacious. The place is still new so I love that typically I am the only one there. I am afraid this may change as more people discover this hidden treasure tucked in NW.
As for the massage itself, as I mentioned in the beginning of this review, I discovered Sante through Lana & having been her client for about a year, I can recommend a massage with her without hesitation. Every time I am on the table I wonder why I don’t do this weekly. She has an intuitive sense for pressure, is very attentive & great to work with. She is somehow able to get a lot done even in an hour, it always amazes me.
After reading the reviews on here, I am also interested in checking out the facial with Noni & other services offered. Five stars for a locally owned, beautiful multi-purpose wellness/spa with high quality practitioners.

I went into Sante to see what kind of services they offered because they are in the same building as my favorite yoga studio. I am sooo glad I did! The facility is incredible — the soaking pool and steam sauna are a dream and the fresh pitcher of water with lemon is a lovely touch! Erin, at the front desk, is so sweet and so thoughtful.
My first appointment was with Tracy for Shiatsu and it was divine — as was my second appointment which was with Edwin for reflexology. Next I intend to try Lana and after that (based on all the reviews) I am booking an appointment with Noni.
I have to admit I was a little put off by the fact that they offer botox but I got over it pretty quickly when I saw the facility and started meeting the staff.
I am thrilled to have found this beautiful healing space with such an incredible team of practitioners all in one place.

Noni is my skincare secret weapon. Since beginning treatments with her my skin tone has evened, my fine lines have disappeared, and the appearance of my skin is youthful and vibrant. She is extremely skilled in her craft and I feel very fortunate to have found her! Noni’s treatments are second to none and I say with confidence that she is the best aesthetician in Portland. Oh! And my eyebrows look AMAZING. She has an incredible eye and a deft hand for getting your most complimentary (and painless) brow shape.
Today I received my first treatment from Noni at her new location and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Sante is an absolutely stunning facility. The atmosphere is elegant, inviting, and immediately relaxing — I can’t wait to go back.

This is based on my entire experience at Sante’
Got an hour in the soak and steam room prior to my facial. I pretty much had the place to myself, which was great. However, guys from PGE were there for some electrical stuff, which was awkward because I’m in my bikini.
Wished they had fresh juices (green leaf or Portland juice company) is pay extra for that! But I was offered water with lemon, which was nice too.
My facial with Noni was a 5 STAR!
The room smelled Devine, relaxing, inviting and I was fully relaxed for the duration of my facial.
It was my first facial so Noni stepped me through the process and what she recommended.
The bathroom amentities were awesome. The poo-pourri made me laugh.
Must see Noni. She’s the best. My face feels clean, smooth and is still glowing!

This place is amazing! I have been a loyal client of Noni’s, seeing her for waxing and facials, for a few years now. She really does the best facials in Portland. She recently moved into this space and I was excited to check it out.
And the verdict is in… I absolutely love it! I have been to quite a few spas/salons in different places over the years, and this place rates among the very best. I love that they have a soaking pool, the décor feels luxurious, and they offer many great services.
Noni seems to have found her ideal home in this spa. Since I found Noni my skin has never looked so good and I can’t imagine ever going to see anyone else. I would recommend Noni to anyone and now that she’s at Sante you couldn’t ask for a better place to pamper yourself.

We were in town during their soft opening and now Sante is on my list of recommendations for all friends spending time in Portland. I had a custom facial and the microdermabrasion. I was glowing the rest of my weekend in the Northwest. Two weeks later my skin still looks amazing. Because Sante is a med spa they are licensed to use products that you can’t get at a normal spa.
The facility is owned and managed by Dr Wiggins. It is worth booking time with her before you pick your spa treatments. Her approach is to help you determine your health and wellness goals and then put you on the right path to success. Most of the treatments at Sante are designed to help you meet your goals.
The facility is beautiful and very serene. If you want to chill out before or after a treatment the soaking pool is a really nice place to hang out. The UV light room was still under construction when I was there but if it is inline with the rest of the spa I’m sure it will be a great place to rejuvenate on a dreary Portland winter afternoon.
They were still working out some of the booking features on the website when I went so you may want to call to book your first appointment. Great facility, super nice staff, excellent treatments.
