Description

Specialties

Reclaim Health looks to increase range of motion, improve health and strength of muscle tissue, and decrease the pain and dysfunction that comes from muscles being stuck, overworked, or doing the work of other muscles. Using massage therapy and personal training, Reclaim Health helps you balance opposing muscle groups, maintain form during physical activity and posture during everyday life, and decrease stagnation within tissues. Feel the change your body will make as it moves away from dysfunction toward ease of movement.

History

Established in 2012.

Coming from a long personal history of movement, athleticism, and the «normal» aches and pains that comes from being a competitive athlete, I have found the difference that small, dedicated changes can make toward feeling great. Having accepted the idea of «no pain, no gain» for 22 years of my life, imagine my surprise upon discovering how much proper form and technique during weight training could give a person their goals without feeling broken all the time. I have used this information for Personal Training since graduating from OSU in 2009. Over the years I learned that there are some injuries and causes for pain proper training can only help so much. This past year I have added Massage Therapy to my repertoire, creating a more well-rounded approach for my clients and realizing a life-long passion for massage.
