Established in 1997.

We formed Realty Trust Group in 1997 to build something new, a locally-​owned real estate company that succeeds by the highest standards and is respected by its clients and community. It’s actually very easy: we dedicate ourselves completely to our clients, we involve ourselves deeply in our communities, and we know our neighborhoods intimately.

And we love these neighborhoods. We grew up here. We remember the Portland of 10, 20, 30 years ago. We talk with community leaders to learn about where Portland and the surrounding area is heading in the upcoming years. With this perspective, we can find the home that’s right for you for years to come.

Meet the Business Owner

Brian P.

Business Owner

Brian Pienovi is a major player in the Portland market in business, social and community circles. He dedicates his time to all three areas and, as a result, he has contributed to making Portland one of our most livable cities.

Currently, he serves as the president of Realty Trust Group. He has personally closed more than 2,000 transactions in his 30 years in the real estate business. He is the past president of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club and, in 2003, was voted Broker of the Year by industry peers. He started his real estate career at the age of 21, during his senior year in college. Brian’s focus on exceptional properties in close-​in neighborhoods means he has sold some homes three & four times. His depth of experience & perspective comes from knowing Portland’s neighborhoods and the people who influence them. It was Brian’s desire to serve the customer & not the company that drove him & his partners to form Realty Trust Group.
