Hands down the best service we have ever received from a business. Ben (owner) and his assistant Chad were compassionate, competent and efficient in every single detail. We had an unfortunate set of circumstances that led to a severe flood and these guys made the situation so much easier to deal with. Pros and I can’t believe you will find a better business to help in Portland area for water mitigation.

Great experience! I am selling my house and the home inspection noted discoloration of the sheathing in the attic that «may» be mold or mildew. In a panic, I called PuroClean. They were super friendly on the phone and were able to send out two guys that same day.
The two guys that came were also very friendly, and wore booties to keep the carpet clean. During the inspection they took a mold tape sample and used the moisture meter to determine that the discoloration was actually due to the wood being damp (i.e. a roofing problem).
They told me they could still run the mold tape sample if I wanted but that I should really contact my Homeowner’s Association (HOA) since the problem was with the roof and moisture, and was not likely a mold issue. I asked if I owed them any money for the inspection and they said no. After talking to my HOA I called PuroClean back the next day and asked them not to send in the mold tape after all. Again, they were super friendly and had no problems cancelling the test. So, even though I didn’t use their service I can highly recommend them for their genuine friendliness, and honesty when giving me options for my problem. Quality people!

The home my daughter just bought had a horrible odor of stale cigarette smoke. Neal’s team, using ozone and thermo-​fog processes got rid of the odor quickly and were very professional in their approach.
PuroClean Portland is a business my family would definitely use again if needed.
