I’ve gone here a few times due to neck pains and hip pains. Every single time, they try and prescribe me pain killers even though I tell them I don’t want them and won’t take them. We pay 400 bucks a month for this insurance and they never want to find what’s causing the pain. I told them that my fingers and arm go numb at times but they didn’t seem to worried about it. Then they charge for the visit even though they didn’t do anything to me. Then they charge 1800 bucks for a machine that keeps my husband alive, even though they said it was covered. I’ve had to pay over 8000 bucks over the past 3 years for medical services. This place is going to bankrupt me… stay away from this horrible insurance.
