I don’t have a lot of experience with oil changes, but this place seems legit!
It can be nerve-​wracking going into a car place as a young, single female, but I have been here for an oil change twice and both times I felt respected and like I wasn’t being scammed. The guys are very polite and they are so crazy fast! I timed them last time and it took SIX MINUTES TOTAL! Yes, six minutes for them to change the oil, update the sticker, etc. That is pretty impressive if you ask me! Also, the location right on Forest Ave is convenient and easy to get to. If I had one complaint it would be for them to be open later– they close at 5:30 during the week, but I bet if you rolled up at 5:20 they would still serve you. My most recent oil change cost about $ 28.

I needed to get an oil change and didn’t have a ton of time and didn’t want to set a hard appointment with anybody. These guys are conveniently located and the big sign outside said 10 minute oil changes so it fit what I needed. They were very timely and professional, their prices were reasonable. I was extremely satisfied with their service.

Just got an oil change done here. They were extremely efficient, fast, polite and kind. An older man was managing the location and he was extremely professional given how quick everything was.
I wasn’t upsold on anything, no pushiness or anything like that. Just drive yourself in and drive yourself right back out 10 min later.
They even cleaned the windshield!

I went to get my oil changed and it only took Prompto 5 minutes! It was so easy and the employees were so nice! I highly recommend Prompto for your oil changes, especially if you need fast and awesome service!

Quick change but not without attitude from every employee there. So rude, and unprofessional.

It all happened so fast! I was able to immediately pull my car in the garage at 2:10 and the oil change was finished (with my car door left open for me) at 2:16. I have no idea how they change oil so fast, and for just $ 23.95! Professional, courteous, inexpensive, and fast. They also check your other fluids/​filters as part of their service and notify you if any are low or require replacing. What else could you possibly need from an oil change business?

Went for an oil change, they are very quick, only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes and I was out. Pretty inexpensive as well. I definitely recommend it. Best place that I have been to for an oil change.

The people there were very polite.
and the price was definitely reasonable.
You just drive in, wait in the waiting room for about 5~10 minutes and you are back out.
Def. Recommended.
