I live on the SE side of town, but when I am on that side of town always stop at Pizza Schmizza. The staff is always nice and very accommodating with dietary restrictions. In fact it was one of the first pizza places that started serving gluten free pizza that I found. I love the gluten free crust! Many selections to choose from whether you are looking for a single slice or a full pie. Great selections on beverages if you are looking for more than the typical fountain drinks. I would highly recommend stopping in.

Great pizza, bread sticks & salads! The employees are very helpful. I asked for a custom salad for dietary reasons and they were understanding and accommodating. It’s close to downtown if you want take out and also great place to hang out inside for a bite to eat. I love the Hawaiian pizza and their Caesar salad.

I have been coming to this Schmizza for years. I can safely say that I have never had a better pizza in Portland. The workers are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure every single customer is happy with their individual meals. Good drink selection, from basic fountain drinks to fridge with a very large assortment of drinks I have never heard of or seen in any store(including beer and wine). I moved to Spokane 3 years ago and have missed this place every time I have pizza. When I do come back to visit, I always seem to come in for a spicy Thai(which I do recommend)!! The owners of this establishment have worked hard to constantly make improvements to the menu and ambiance of the restaurant to make this a fun and enjoyable experience for all those who come in. I whole heartedly recommend any food in this restaurant!!!

I’ve been eating this pizza for years from many different locations and this is with out doubt the best. I’ve had nothing but the highest service. The atmosphere and the people make the great food even better. If you’re looking for great pizza a good beer and great people this is the place.

Solid option for a quick slice. The pizza is always reliable, and it’s a great location before heading downtown. Well ran shop.

What a great place to stop by for a quick bite. I am always comfortable taking my kids here & enjoy the laid back atmosphere & décor. On the warm days they have a cute outdoor patio with planted herbs & tomatoes. Pizza is good & the salads are great. The staff is always friendly & the place is clean. I have also been to this Location for a fundraising event — which was great. Gotta love a local business that actively participates in their community. If you want a fun place to grab a slice, talk with friends, or dinner with the kids then this is your place.

Zero stars isn’t an option. 7 – 11 has a better pizza than this place for $ 5.50. That’s how bad this place is. Don’t waste your time or money.

This pizza is disgusting. I ordered one slice of cheese to try it before buying a whole pie(which I highly recommend) and it tasted like school lunch pizza with the cheapest ingredients and even more awful cheese… if that’s what it even is. The single staff member was polite and friendly while mentioning that it was a quiet night… not a good sign for a Friday night at dinner time. Steer clear.

Why do I consistently choose Pizza Schmizza over the other local PDX pie shops? I can’t express enough, the awesome family pizza place feeling I get when I eat here. This store specifically has some really interesting décor to it. Time after time, whether I’m picking up food for myself or buying lunch for employees, these guys go out of there way to give me great customer service! I know there is a closer pizza place to my work but I’ve never been thrilled with how they treat their customers, the lack of a dining area, and the parking is non-existent. Yesterday, an employee named Aaron delivered a pizza to me and remembered my name from previous visits. Pizza Schmizza… you guys rock!

Just found out this place delivers! I couldn’t remember if I liked PIzza Schmizza, so I ordered a pie ! The delivery came faster than they said it would be, the driver Michelle was very personable and didn’t get lost like all the others! The pizza was hot, crispy and actually had toppings and cheese on it! It was a really delicious and we were really impressed ! So happy we don’t have to eat pizzicato anymore, which is over priced and simply not as good as PS!

This is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the Miller Barnes shopping area, the staff are super nice, they have great pizza and a good beer selection-I drive a lot from my home which is close by, but because I love the staff(everyone from the food prep guys to the counter person), I’d drive across to have dinner with what feels like friends.

We recently moved to the area and got a free pizza from Pizza Schmizza which was awesome because what’s better than pizza on the day you move into a new place! The pizza was AMAZING! The hubby and I split a Traditional medium pizza and every bite was spectacular. I loved the crust! The place is adorable and we enjoyed sitting out on the«pizza patio.» The waitstaff was super friendly! Not only did they bring out the pizza to us on the patio, but the guy made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our pizzas before leaving. We’ll definitely be returning! I can’t wait to try all of the other pizzas and the pastas.

The greek veggi pizza is delicious. Everything else is meh. The pizza by the slice is never very good. They only offer fountain pepsi products, and do not offer fresh iced tea… so if you want a fountain beverage your options are very limited. Where they really lose on the rating is: if you want to get a combo without a beverage(because ew pepsi products), it will cost more. Pennies more. But still. I paid more for a slice and a side salad than I would have paid for a slice and a side salad and a drink. This is stupid, Pizza Schmizza. And it utterly bewildered the poor cashier. Please figure out your combo menu pricing and options. Or get some nice tea.

3.5 stars. This place is fun and cute and has good food and great service. There’s nothing«special» about any of the menu items but I think the pizza is better and cheaper than the standard«dominos, Pizza Hut, papa johns etc.» and the ingredients are fresher and the combinations are more creative. The crust is also very good. Their salads are great, very fresh and crisp. The pesto chicken pasta was very good and filling. All in all I think this place is good and I’ll definitely keep coming back rather than ever ordering any other corporate chain pizza delivery.

I’ve really never had a bad experience here so I’m rather surprised of the low stars. It’s nothing to write home about and it’s really the only decent place to grab a bite off Barnes rd. Good service and decent pizza at a decent price.

They have a yummy selection of pizza, fun combinations. I have even tried the pasta, can’t say that it’s my favorite but for what it is, it’s good. I love being able to buy a slice and walk in and out quickly on a lunch break. Mostly they are friendly, I’ve caught them on an occasionally bad day, but who doesn’t have one of those. The cheesy bread is awesome and garlicky, my new favorite.

Let me start by saying that the pizza itself tastes pretty good and I’ve eaten at this Pizza Schmizza many times, as it’s a convenient location for me. However, recently the pizza has been served with a big helping of FOODPOISONING… and I had a veggie pizza both times. After the first incident in early December, I thought it was just a fluke and maybe it was from something else, although it was the only restaurant I’d eaten at in several days. Let’s just say my symptoms were severe… REALLY not fun. Call me a glutton for punishment, but I returned to the store exactly 7 days later and got the same kind of pizza(Veggie Greek — it was tasty, after all), which was made by the same guy, and I again got food poisoning. Coincidence? I think not. I may try a Pizza Schmizza again, but not this location! I’d advise all others to avoid it, too. Your stomach will thank you.

Wow. Talk about wasting your money and getting greasy, sad looking pizza! This is so far removed from the pizza I’m used to, and I’m not gonna lie, I’ve had a lot of different kinds of pizza, from different kinds of names, I’ve even had squid ink pizza, and this place just steals the show on how bland it is. If you ordered the mushroom pizza, you’d wonder if there’s a world wide shortage on the ‘shrooms, and if that is the reason why this particular fare is over-priced here. I think if I ever learn that this place is actually owned by Italians, I’m going to think its a front that they don’t really give two shits about, or I’m going to have an aneurysm trying to figure out how any self-respecting italian person would want to be associated with this store. What I’m trying to say is the pizzas here is the equivalent of an actual pizza from a half-eaten pizza you would find in a trash, but you paid good money for.

The crazy veggie slice was overloaded and delich and right up my alley. The salads need a little work. I dug the sign on batman’s car that read«Out of order, Robin lost the keys» I’ll give it another try.
