Casey is very focused and thorough with his treatments, and is able to give very deep work if necessary. He takes more of a clinical approach to each massage session.
Mina joined Performance Bodywork in September 2014. A highly experienced therapist, she specializes in therapeutic deep tissue, sports injury massage, non-sport injuries, pain management for chronic conditions and auto accident recovery.
Techniques include: Sports Massage, Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish/Relaxation, Trigger Point, Pin and Stretch, Neuromuscular Stretching, Functional/Corrective Exercise.

Performance Bodywork is owned by Casey Holliman. He received his massage training from East West College of the Healing Arts, focusing on therapeutic, clinical and sports injury related modalities. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in Exercise Physiology. Prior to becoming an LMT he worked as a physical therapy aide at a sports injury physical therapy clinic, and after there he worked as a chiropractic assistant at another sports injury clinic for almost 4 years. He decided to open his own practice specializing in sports injury related massage and clinical/therapeutic treatments. He has much experience working with people who present with all different types of conditions.

Business Owner
Casey is a massage therapist experienced in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish/Relaxation and Neuromuscular Stretching techniques.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Oregon, and is also certified as both a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He takes a more clinical, and focused approach to his massage treatments, and is very thorough in his work. Being an athlete his entire life, he understands what training and injuries can do to one’s body, and lifestyle. It is his goal to get you back to doing the things you enjoy most, and living pain free.
