Licensed therapeutic massage since 1997. Specializing in injury prevention and treatment. I offer two types of sessions in my Portland office.

Deep Tissue Sports Massage sessions are for those looking for pain relief and restored flexibility. This is for people of all activity levels. The focus of Deep tissue massage is on releasing tight muscles, reducing adhesions and increasing range of motion. Wildcrafted therapeutic oils of Cottonwood and St. Johns Wort may be used to aid in reducing inflammation. Recommended for those who are used to having deep muscle work.

Relaxation Massage sessions incorporate light massage and subtle energy techniques to help soothe your muscles and nervous system. Relaxation massage is perfect for those who are recently injured or people looking for an enjoyable way to unwind, relax and find a sense of peace and emotional well-​being.

History

Established in 1997.

Located at Earth Body Wellness Center since 2009. Former locations include Oregon Alternative Health Clinic in Milwaukie, King Road Chiropractic in Milwaukie, Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat and Conference Center in Detroit Oregon, Soul Bella in Sellwood, and Chiropractic Plus in Beaverton. On-​site chair massage offered throughout the Greater Portland area since 2006.
