I’ve been going to Hamid weekly for over 3 years and my only regrets are the weeks I haven’t been. He’s polite, professional and super friendly. His space is relaxing and calming and I look forward to each visit.

Hamid is very knowledgeable and an excellent bodyworker. My regular myofascial release sessions have been very powerful, almost spiritual experiences. He consistently takes the time to help me relax and asks questions to tailor each massage to my needs. His space is conveniently located, clean, spacious and lovely. I leave feeling so much better, as soon as I stand up, I feel like I’m 2 inches taller!
I would recommend Hamid to anyone seeking gentle, powerful massage therapy for pain relief and seemingly instant relaxation.

Hamid is by far one of the best massage therapists in Portland. I have had a lot of bodywork done and Hamid’s work really stands out. His work with movement and myofascial release were amazing. I felt like my musculoskeletal structure had changed after just one session with Hamid. The bodywork was deep and yet not painful. I will not only go back to see him again, but I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a truly great massage.

Hamid’s bodywork is unique and it’ll blow ya away. Just go. When you meet him, you’ll instantly understand that this is a guy which such a sense of inner peace or calm. Its almost unsettling because you realize how much YOU have going on inside when you see yourself reflected off of him. He listens and you get a sense that he is just open to connect with you and where you are.
And THEN… he does. well, if you can get out of your own way. If you take a couple of deep breaths and just be where you are in the moment, you are gonna get alot more out of it than you ever did/​would/​could in some fancy pants spa.
