Worst service ever. Called in two pizzas TWO hours in advance and when I came to pick them up they were not made and had to wait 20 minutes for them to make them. Late to my cousins birthday. Also the last time I came I ordered a thin crust pizza and they gave me regular. So disappointing how poor the service is. While i was waiting someone placed an online order as well and it was not ready. So slow. Really a bummer how bad the customer service is and how slow and not helpful the employees are. Bad management too because no one is even making the pizzas that are called in hours in advance. Update: just came in and saw all new faces. Looks like they hired a new team and the service was fast and friendly.

Called in ahead of time and was told it would be 20 minutes. Showed up about 25 minutes later to pick it up and they hadn’t even started on it. Took 2 walk in customers right in front of me and started theirs before. Waited an additional 20 minutes after I was told it would be ready in about half that time. Don’t see the point in calling ahead of time at this location. No offer of discount or apology for wasted time. Won’t be going to this location any longer. Willing to drive to a further location to not deal with the hassle of this one.

Order not ready at 6pm as arranged. Playing NSFW rap music in the kitchen. I don’t need to hear that. Good thing I didn’t have my kids with me… Update — they turned the music down and offered me a free side for waiting so patiently…

I know — It’s Papa Murphys. Expectations were low, but I did think they would have a process. one that was quick. bit mistake. could just be the staff they had on hand tonight — but I should have stayed in and got Dominos or Pizza Hut delivery!

On May 17, I placed a pre-paid order for a family size pizza. Immediately after placing the order I realized I made a mistake, in fact I had called the wrong Papa Murphy’s location. I called the store within one minute after placing my order and asked them to please cancel my order as I had made a mistake. The kid on the phone informed me he «didn’t know how to do that»? Really? You don’t train your people how to cancel/change an order? I asked to talk to the manager. He said he could cancel the order. He told me my credit card would be refunded. However, after checking my credit card statement at the end of the month I can see that I was never refunded. I think my best bet will be to call the credit card company and dispute the charge, as Papa Murphy’s has not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It’s Papa Murphy’s. You know the quality of pizza youre going to get just walking in. With that said, i think the best pie they have is the garlic/chicken/artichoke. Its gotta be the white, garlic-y sauce that has me hooked. The employees at this store are always in a good mood and they usually tell me about their specials, without me having to ask! Me likey.

Overall I like Papa Murphy’s. I like the convenience and the approximately $ 10 per pie price. This store’s quality was consistent with my previous experiences at other locations, but the employees seemed a bit frazzled, and the gal at the register bordered on rude. Hopefully it was just a bad day; I will visit again.
