Dealing with Habitat Resource Property’s Karen Wu was worse than dealing with the squatter infested bank owned properties in outer SE Portland! Mrs. Wu assured the elderly homeowner that Habitat Resource Property would take care of the lawn & yard while the house was on the market. Apparently, after nearly a year without so much as an open house, that meant leaving the grass to grow so tall that rats took over & the Neighborhood Watch team had to intervene. Squatters frequently took up residence in the abandoned home & the police (& Karen Wu) were called on numerous occasions. To say that Habitat Resource Property «cares» about their outer SE Portland clients is a joke. From one Neighborhood Association to another, take your business elsewhere!
