This was seriously the best service I’ve had at an auto parts store. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service today Lee. Super fast and helpful! I nominate him for whatever internal customer service awards that this company has. +++++

Unfortunately this location has slow service and at least 2 automotively challenged employees that should learn to work on more than a Civic or Accord. Really disappointed. I left feeling like I probably had the customer service guy that went to go home and Google my questions. I know my car. The least he could have said was «I don’t know, let me get a second opinion». But he recommended I get my mechanic to come in with me next time. All I needed was the right type of antifreeze. Jeez

Nice work. They found the mystery part I was looking for and would not quit until they did. I’ll be back when I am looking for another widget.

It’s just a car parts place. Have you ever been to a car parts store? Yeah, it’s like that. No surprises here. If you’re expecting Nordstrom’s customer service, McDonald’s speed, and every part for every car ever is always in stock, you’re smoking crack.
But they were cheap, had what I needed, and rang me up. And the location is walking distance to my house. What more could you want?

I stopped in here last week to get an OBD code scanned on my car. The dude behind the counter was working with another customer finding a part and really taking his pimp time. Did not acknowledge me at all. I patiently waited for probably 10 minutes. Still no acknowledgment that he evens sees me. When he finishes with the other customer he informs me that their OBD scanner isn’t working. It was the end of the day so I understand why he wouldn’t have been more enthusiastic about being good at his job but this guy was way past the point of caring.

I’ve gone by a few times and everyone is always friendly, helpful, and most importantly knowledgable. Yesterday I went in there to look for a glass cleaner, and Brandon took the time to find something they liked using there and let me try it out on my truck to make sure it worked first. I’ve always liked this place, but they’ve proven time and again they actually care to help you with whatever problem you’re having.

Felt very ignorant when first walking in, but Brandon helped me find the right A/​C Recharger and recommended waiting till Fall to change my wipers… When I had trouble putting my old wipers on, Brandon helped me replace the old clips and easily install my old wipers! Great Store!

The staff was very patient and very helpful. I work in customer service and it is rare that I say this but my wife and I received some of the best customer service EVER. The original reason we went in was to look for a fix for our brake lights. We where quoted 1000 $ electrical repair after getting our oil changed. After talking to Isaiah our Sunday troubles turned into a miracle solution that took a little work and 15 $. Thank you for your time and knowledge. We will tell our friends and coworkers to take a visit to our local O’Reilly Auto part store.

This place has horrible customer service! Customer service is paramount to doing business and this place does not have that. The guy at the counter gave me a part, not telling me there was more than one kind, and when it turned out to be the wrong one, he would’t exchange it because the package was open. I have exchanged many products when the package was open as long as it is not damaged. There are several places to get auto parts in SE Portland. From now on I’m going to another one and you should too. It was only $ 11 but it’s the point… I don’t have extra money to waste. A lot of people don’t.

Why yes, I am «that woman». The kind that doesn’t want to ever have to touch anything on a car, except the steering wheel, gas pedal and brakes… and the radio.
I get made fun about it constantly… but then, why should I have to break my back trying to figure out how to switch out the light bulb in my front headlight, if I don’t have to?
I know windshield wiper blades are supposed to be easy, but they aren’t. Not on my Acura 2004 RSX (actually, nothing is easy on that car, and that quote came from my mechanic).
Anyways — I needed new wiper blades but didn’t want to have to buy the whole kit.
First I went to Autozone, but they didn’t carry refills.
I then remembered that there is an O’Reilly’s on my way home.
Not only did they carry the blades I needed, but they took my old ones off, went and got the right ones for me and put the news ones on for me. It sounds easy enough, but it ended up taking 2 guys to get my longer one off.
To top that, «Stu», the guy who helped me, wasn’t even on duty and works at an O’Reilly’s down the road, but had stopped in to talk with the workers at my O’Reilly’s. That is really good customer service!
I don’t know if $ 20.98 is a good or bad deal for 2 wiper blade re-fills…so here’s to crossing my fingers that it is.

The staff is friendly, the shop is quite large and when I was there it wasn’t crowded at all. I have one complaint and that regards them only having one check engine light computer. It just seems kind of silly to just have only one. They should get an extra just in case it breaks and then their customers won’t be put out. Other than that it is just a run of the mill auto shop.

I’ll be reviewing O’Reilly Auto Parts more often than i care to due to the fact that i have no money and drive a car of legal drinking age. LoL. Ish. The staff is nice and helpful. The supplies, plenty and the store clean and inviting. what else could you ask for in an Auto Parts store? (Don’t answer that!)
