Description

Specialties

Bankruptcy Attorneys serving clients in the Portland, Vancouver and Salem metro areas

History

Established in 2006.

I had served as a managing attorney for the largest consumer bankruptcy firm in the United States and was responsible for managing all of its offices in both Oregon and Washington. At a certain point, I started to yearn for the days in which I had actually known my clients by name and had spent the bulk of my time addressing their concerns rather than managing overhead and other attorneys.

After a few months of daydreaming, I left the large firm and started up Northwest Debt Relief Law Firm. While we now have offices in Salem, Portland, Vancouver and Seattle, we have managed to maintain a three to one ratio of attorneys to staff and an ‘A+” rating from the Better Business Bureau.

We are probably the only firm in either Washington or Oregon that offers its client a real payment plan where most fees are paid in installments after your case is filed. Finally, we are the only firm I know about that helps its clients repair their credit scores after their cases are filed.

I have been practicing in the area of consumer bankruptcy in the area of consumer bankruptcy for a dozen years now. We have consumer bankruptcy law offices in both Portland and Salem, Oregon and both Vancouver and Seattle, Washington. In addition to filing petitions for consumers under the bankruptcy code, our firm sues abusive debt collectors for violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. We are the only firm in both the Portland and Seattle area that offers a real payment plan. This enables our clients to pay most of their fees in installments after their cases are filed.

I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for fifteen years now. My family (wife, son and golden retriever) live in an aging four square in the Hollywood neighborhood in NE Portland. I spend most of my non-working hours running errands for them.
