Here’s the thing, is this place the best? No. Is it the worst? No. If you come when it’s not busy, they will take their time working on your manicure or pedicure. When they’re super busy with people waiting, they tend to work quickly to get you out so that they can work on the next customer. Luckily, I’ve never felt rushed when I went in. They are friendly nonetheless, but the male owner does nails, and he just doesn’t seem to do the best job at nails. He’s always rushed to answer the phone, and work the register, etc etc. The two times I’ve gone, I personally had a good experience. I love the paraffin hot wax they wrap around your feet, it feels so good! They always ask if you would like a beverage as well. I also like how they use brand new files and kits so that germs don’t spread. It’s an extra $ 1 if you don’t bring your own. For people that say its expensive for just a manicure, you’re forgetting the location it’s in! It’s in nice Bethany Village, of course it’ll be more pricey. If you want cheap, go inside a mall, or do your research beforehand.

Came in for a pedicure which they didn’t have time for more than just a polish change. Then comes in a few customers without appointments and had no problem accommodating their pedicures. Coupled with an inexperienced tech that was trying to destroy my feet with a nail file this was a subpar experience that confirmed previous thoughts that this was not the best salon. I will no longer frequent this mediocre salon and will go to Vive Nails on 185th for better service, finished product and excellent color selection.

I’m not sure I went to the same salon as the previous clients’ reviews. I found this salon from a tip from a friend. I’m so happy to start the new year with the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I followed Kevin from a salon I did a previous review on. The place is clean with several color options. Several pedi packages you can choose from. Conveniently located in the Bethany area near QFC. Walk-ins are welcome but an appointment wouldn’t be a bad idea. Sugar scrub pedi is a MUST. Great way to start off the new year!

Good for a quick touch up. chairs are comfortable and atmosphere is nice and inviting. my only complaint is the shellac i’ve had done here does not last as long as other locations. not sure if it’s the product, or something else — but i feel like i need to get it redone much faster than I do at other locations :)

I really like this nail salon. Unlike the other reviewer I’ve gotten many mani/pedis & have tried everything from silk wrapped nails to gel nails. I prefer to just get a regular mani/pedi now b/c of all the damage having gels/acrylics on do to your top enamel. So I knew what to ask for. I don’t like mindless chatter so I brought in a book. My manicurist ask if I wanted water/tea and made sure water temp for my pedi was ok for me. She didn’t speak a lot & maybe it’s b/c of a lack of English but she understood what I wanted so all was good. I wish she mentioned her name so I could give her kudos but she didn’t. She did a great job and with tip i paid $ 28 for just a pedi(normal price) which included a scaling, paraffin wax, trim, clean, color & lower leg massage. They also have a punch card, buy 9 get $ 8 off next visit:) I will be returning!

This nail salon is fairly busy. Most of the manicures and pedicures I’ve gotten here were pretty decent, but i don’t get artificial nails. I wish the place was a little cleaner. That’s one thing that puts me off with nail salons. I can understand the Vietnamese, so I have an upper hand to saying no. A lot of people think the ladies talk about the customers they’re helping when most of the time they’re talking about things not related to work. Oh well.

I think the actual name is Nailz Bazaar. I came for a full set because I was in desperate need of acrylics and needed someplace that could fit me in and was close to home. Big mistake. They had no idea how to remove my gel nails and proceeded to butcher my already weak and brittle nails. While after that was done the end product looked nice, they lasted only a week before lifting, breaking off, and looking super cheap and fake. I will never go there again for acrylics.

Typical, pricey I think for the service they performed. I got a manicure and pedicure for 40 some dollars. The lady working on me had very very limited english which turned out to be a huge pain because she would ask me if I wanted stuff and of course not tell me that it’s extra, such as dipping my hands in hox wax? Then tacking it onto my bill at the end. Of course, maybe I’m just ignorant of nail salons in the US and should know better that this stuff costs extra. She was also really quick and methodical and I definitely didn’t get my nails to look as polished and groomed as I’d expected, it felt like she just ran through the expected procedure without any consideration for how my nails might be different from anyone else’s. The worst part was I got french tips which I paid extra for, and it started chipping off by the next night! Definitely a let down. I coulda done the same at home with my own manicure kit.
