Very poor communicators. No call backs even after we presented an offer. Seemed to be «over confident» and unrealistic in their assessment of the market. Tried to justify land cost of $ 5 for Land locked land next to a freeway… really?
I often received inaccurate information on their own listings. They were quick to promote the «potential upside» on properties they did not even know the basic information on. Obviously more interested in closing a sale rather than building a relationship. Don’t waste your time.
