Made In Oregon

The already great Made in Oregon local chain is reflected even better here at the Lloyd Center. It has a medium amount of space and an orderly set of intriguing items. Although this store does not have the same range of utility in their items as say Target, this is a pleasant experience. Plenty of items are on sale.
Going here was good. I care not where the items were made. I would not go out of my way to go here. This is a decent presence. I got a can of kombucha for a dollar, whereas both formal and informal places alike charge way higher. Check their website for what they have, mostly food and clothing.
This is a fun store.

We went here to get gifts for family. Found some great gifts here. They had a lot marked down do to after Christmas sales. We go a lot of stuff more then we had planned the lady’s there were very nice and helpful. They made sure the breakables were well wrapped. Thank you for that. We had to ship them home. They helped us find whatever we needed. Great gifts and not bad prices.

Looking for souviners. this place has it.

If you’re looking for a place to get souvenirs this place is great. They have such a huge variety of items it is so hard to choose and the prices are decent. It defiantly is worth going to if you are in town. Plus it’s located in this massive mall with three different levels so you can’t go wrong coming here.

Excellent guest service! Their PDX airport shirts are hideous and need to be Burned. There is a reason they tore that carpet up from the airport, and the reason was NOT to make ugly t-​shirts and ugly key lanyards with it. Ugh so annoying.

I asked my local friends to take me to a place where I can find Oregon/​Portland souvenirs to take home and luckily there was a Made In Oregon in a mall that we were passing along to go home and this place is what I was looking for. Not only does it have shirts or magnets or coffee mugs, there were food (chocolates), drinks, and other things you can hang around in your house. This is the place to buy some gifts to bring back if you’re a visitor.

Really spent some time here this year. I didn’t realize how much they have there and the prices aren’t bad. I was impressed with the cider selection and prices seemed the same as some grocery stores that I have bought them at before. A great place to make a gift basket for someone. The ladies that were working here were super nice and helpful.

If you’re in Portland and wanting to buy souvenirs for your family and friends, you can either consider finding stuff at Portland Saturday Market or your best bet would be Made in Oregon. There’s one in Downtown Portland, Lloyd Center, Portland airport and two other locations. It is quite pricey but you do get what you pay for. There were some cool interesting stuff; they even offer Portland beers and wines. We bought few shirts, sweaters and shot glasses and mugs and the guy who worked as the cashier was nice enough to pack it properly since we are going to carry it when we flew back to California.
There were great selections of jams, chocolates, beer and wine, clothing wise, etc. If you’re having a hard time searching for certain souvenir stores in Portland, check out Made in Oregon!

If your goal is to buy souvenirs or Oregon– centric items, this is a pretty good choice.
If your goal is convenience and efficiency while doing so, it’s still a pretty good choice.
If it involves a bottle of wine, stop.
Go to the Freddie’s in Hollywood. They probably have what you seek and a lot cheaper to boot.
They have some Rocky Road that is almost better than sex.

Conveniently located in the Lloyd Center, this Made In Oregon is a good little store to check out if one were looking for Portland souvenirs. Shirts, chocolates, magnets, wines, etc. They can be found here. The store is well-​organized, the employees are polite, and the checkout process is quick.

This store is awesome! On our last day of our trip, my friend and I had no clue where to buy souvenirs for our family. A friend had suggested Bob’s Red Mill, but they are closed on Sunday. While we were waiting to be seated at the Screen Door, a lady overheard us and was adamant we go to the Made In Oregon store. Thank you, Thank you random, eavesdropping lady! You ROCK!
She was right! The store had lots and lots of awesome items to bring back home. One employee was so helpful and she gave me the rundown of what I needed: Moonstruck chocolates, marionberries, and hazelnuts. They also have a great selection of beer and wine. I ended up with a lot more items for myself rather than my friends and family. :D
My favorites have been the Vintner’s Kitchen jams and the Moonstruck chocolates. I have the cutest Portland magnet that I have on my fridge as a reminder of my great trip. Another great buy were our cute I heart Portland tees. Love this store!

Five stars, because I can’t seem to walk in Made in Oregon without buying something. Lotion for me, jalapeño jam for my dad, organic teas for my mom, «slugs in a can» for my old high school janitor. This place is great for gifts for everyone, or just to find something locally made.
Last time I bought three pairs of «Oregon Teardrop earrings» with different type of quarts, three kinds of jam, some hazelnuts and a book about Sasquatch.
They should just hire me for Christmas season. I can make some drinking money, and they get an employee that sales the crap out of stuffed beavers.

Good spot to buy gifts for your out of town friends and family.
Get free wine tasting — pick from at least 10 different wines.

A good shop for buying gifts when going overseas. A wide variety of products made in Oregon (good and just bizarre). The staff was super friendly and able to find things in this very packed shop.

Great touristy shop for exclusive Portland items. Be warned though, double check the state if you want to ship wine/​beer home — it is illegal in some places (we got all the way here and realized we couldn’t ship to MA).

When making a box of goodies to send out of state, to friends and family, I come here first.
For those in your life who questioned your move to Oregon, a little box from here might help, (really good candies, chocolate covered nuts and all sorts of spreads). The Huckleberry Taffy and mint fudge squares, really good! There’s a sugar-​free section, (great if your sending a box to someone diabetic).
The staff is cool, helpful. They take credit cards, including AMEX. I always leave happy and with a bag full :).

Every holiday season, my wife pulls out all the stops. She really goes out of her way to make Christmas special for the entire family, which includes playing Santa and stuffing those stockings tacked to the mantel (the ones she hand-​stitched for everyone – including the dog) with tons of goodies. Unfortunately, the people with whom she shares a roof are a bunch of yuletide slackers. The lady’s stocking was pathetically and pitifully empty last x-​mas morn, and I felt just terrible about it. Thus, this year, I vowed to make sure our caring Kris Kringle got taken care of – at least in the stocking stuffer department.
It’s difficult to shop for my wife. She likes everything to be environmentally conscious, sustainable and, most importantly, local. She was an Oregonian way before we ever moved here. (We were considered the town weirdos back in our old SoCal burg, what with all my wife’s «crazy» recycling, re-​purposing, composting antics.) As you can imagine, a stocking (knitted from all-​natural fibers) filled with «made in China» crap will not do. That would just set off an anti-​WalMart tirade of epic proportions – and who needs that on Christmas?
I was having a hard time until I wandered into Made in Oregon. Everything inside this store is… well, you get the picture. I found all kinds of appropriate stocking stuffers – soaps, candles, candies, perfume, stationary, doo-​dads. Holy humbug! I spent a ton of money, but at least I know that when my sweetie flips her gifts over to read the labels – and she ALWAYS reads the labels – she’ll give them the nod of approval.
I also found some nice Oregon-​specific items to ship off to my out-​of-​state relatives. Nice little store. I recommend.

Only reason I am giving this store 2 stars is because the man sampling the wines (which might not even be an employee of Made In Oregon) was pretty rude! I wanted to buy my father a gift for Father’s day and had NO CLUE about wine! Of course I would assume this man would be able to help me and have a great deal of knowledge about what he’s serving samples of. After I told him my father likes red wines… he proceeds to offer me the white wine because it is «more economical?» WTF? I went in there wearing a hoodie and jeans but did I really look like a street kid who couldn’t afford a $ 25 bottle of wine? I ended up walking off…
On a side note the lady at the counter was very helpful before the wine-​tasting dude ruined the experience for me.

$ 0.30 for Portland/​Oregon postcards and I don’t know where I else I can buy them. This store has a nice layout and friendly ladies. I don’t know that there are so many things were Made In Oregon until I stepped in here. Now I have more knowledge about my beloved city and state. Yay…

Okay, so its in a mall. I usually only end up at the mall at Christmas time and actually only to go to this store. I think its a good place to get gifts for people in other parts of the country and world. Last year I bought my mother a really nice fleece jacket with simple trees on the front, along with a cool Christmas card that was a snow globe of Portland. Cheesy, I know, but I loved it! They have sophisticated gifts too. Tons of good things for gift baskets to show off Oregon stuff.
