Some salon just cost an arm or a leg, but here you still have money left over to buy a starbuck drink!~ Yes, ladies I am not playing around. They are super friendly and professional. They have such a sanitary salon. It is so nice and relaxing to get a manicure. If you want to be pampered this is the place.

Luxury Nails in Forrest Heights is a GEM! Mai offered to stay late to help me get my nails done before the holidays when I couldn’t find the time during my über busy schedule this season. Katherine is an amazing nail artist, and gave me one of the best pedicure’s and shellac manicure I have ever had!
The salon is clean and beautifully maintained. As a busy professional, I can trust that my results will be amazing and long-​lasting. I highly recommend Luxury Nails!

Nice place to get your nails done. I got here right when they opened at 10am and was quickly seated for a manicure. Cleanly, efficient, and nice staff. My nails look great! And even better is it is right down the street from my house. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff at Luxury is always super friendly and easy to talk to, which is not always the case at nail salons. By far the best pedicure I have ever had! Their nail techs are great at their job and nail art! Very hard to come by. Super clean and doesn’t smell too much like nail polish! Love this place!

I came here for the first time for a mani-​pedi, and was very satisfied. While the salon isn’t anything too unique, the service was good, and I think they did a thorough job with with my mani-​pedi. The owner was around too, and was making conversation with everyone. It’s also conveniently located for people living in Forest Heights, obviously. Give it a try!

I went to luxury nails today despite being wary after previous experience which had been mediocre. As i drove up — i saw a sign «Under new ownership» that gave me hope and sure it was a welcome experience. With welcome tea, and a smile and good efficient people working the pedicures. My daughter and I got our wonderful, relaxing pedicures. I would recommend and besides they are offering a 20% discount for the month of December.

I tried this salon years ago and was very unhappy. I was in a bind and needed to get in somewhere quick so I tried again. I was surprised to learn there were new owners. My nails were peeling and my cuticles were dry. After only a few appointments, my nails are healthy and looking great. Even the décor changed. It is very warm and spa like. I live in Forest Heights and this is very convenient for me but I would be willing to drive further to get the service I get here. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Bottom line, my nails and pedicures are the best.

Amazing customer service is so rare these days. An unsuspecting location for such a top rate shop. Incredibly friendly staff and first rate mani/​pedis. Costs are reasonable.
And I really enjoyed my pedicure.

Probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! I’m from South Carolina and frequent Portland often. I will not go to any other place any more! Great service and a massage and hot stone massage and paraffin wax with every pedicure with no extra charge. You don’t get that anywhere else. Love this place!

I walked in for a pedicure, they said they could see me right away. I sat with my feet in the water for 30 minutes before they helped me, then the women bounced between me and another customer. 2 hours later I am finished. Seriously! This is my last time, even though I live just blocks away.

Visited today. They are great. In and out in 1 hour. They have added hot stone message to the spa pedicure. Very happy with the service I get. Will be back.

I 100% agree with some of the other reviews. I gave them 5 tries to give me an adequate mani/​pedi. I explained what my issues were, uneven and jagged nails, uneven nail polish and chipping after a few days of wear. I think I tried everyone that work in the salon and they are all inadequate. Its too bad since I live right down the street, but I am willing to go else where to get what I pay for.

I visit this salon once a week and it is worth every penny. The family that owns the place is very nice and does top quality work and does not rush like the nail salon next QFC on barnes road. There prices are very reasonable and at $ 35 for a mani/​pedi you cant go wrong.

lackluster massage didn’t bother me too much, but I got sloppy polish on my toes, missing in parts altogether. When pressured for ‘gel’ for my hands, I asked to see color options and was told later, then they set me up for shellac still without my saying yes. after the hack job on my nails, uneven filing, cuticles still not finished, I stayed with regular polish, again sloppy job and only a strip of top coat down the middle. thankfully, i went for a neutral color for the hands and can disguise it for a couple days before getting them redone. After nearly crying (I had to carve time into my busy schedule for this BAD mani/​pedi), I nearly walked out but let her finish. Won’t be back.

I went here because it’s close to where I live. I wasn’t offered anything to drink, the magazines were all outdated and the young girl that did my nails left after she was done painting my nails without even saying anything. I sat there for 15 minutes and finally just paid the other lady that was working there. My nails looked fine but the experience was unwelcoming and not «luxurious». I now know why this place is never crowded.
