In our own words, Luxury In The Pearl’s specialties lie in condominium renting, concierge services, free national long distance calling, secure wireless internet, printer/​fax/​scan, washer/​dryer, secure underground parking for 1 vehicle and 2 bicycles, grocery shopping transportation, tea tasting intensives, rock climbing guide, hiking guide, ski & snow board instruction, intensive training in relaxation & stress reduction, and wine tasting tour arrangements.

History

Established in 2009.

Luxury in the Pearl is a unique, short term rental that fills the gap that hotels just can’t. Even boutique hotels are great for a few nights stay in a new city. If you are planning on staying for a week or longer, however, a hotel just can’t compete with a luxury condo. Anyone who spends time in hotels for business knows, no matter how nice the hotel is, living in a hotel just gets old. Having the extra space, which is typically 3 times the amount of a hotel suite along with a full kitchen, even if one plans to eat their meals out, provides a comfort that is parallel only to ones home or a stay with good friends or family. In addition, living in a residential area allows our guests the opportunity to experience the city as a resident. The Pearl district is a vibrant and dynamic section of Portland that offers tremendous variety with world class restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. There are no hotels in the Pearl district.
