Lifetime Remodeling Systems

We found out our 5 year old 1800 sq ft house siding was involved in a class-​action suit against the Certainteed company. After searching here and all over the internet I discovered Lifetime Remodeling Services. They had glowing reviews everywhere we looked so we decided to use them.
Scott came out in a timely manner to take a look and give us a quote. He did a great job explaining the James Hardy products and how they would be installed.
When they were able to start our project, Leo and Jose were our team and they did an awesome job! They were such hard workers and courteous and professional. They asked us questions when needed and answered our questions, as well.
We were very satisfied with the job they did, when it was completed and they left our yard clean of debris at the end of each workday.
Can’t say enough about this company and we highly recommend them to anyone needing a siding replacement.

Ralph from Lifetime had one of his crews put siding on our house in West Linn two years ago. Max was the foreman along with his crew and they were fantastic. When I came home every night my yard was clean. They laid out tarp all over the place. They were very friendly, really knew what they were doing. They painted all of our trim, put on crown molding and just made our house look beautiful. The flashing they put on and calking is first class. Ralph was there often and directed the crew on details. He is a perfectionist and wants a first class job done. His crew is the same. It’s obvious they just take a lot of pride in their work.
So fast forward to June 2015. I finally was ready to replace our roof to finish the exterior of our home. I called Ralph and he came over and gave us another very thorough and informative quote. He has master roofing certifications along with Fernando, the lead person on the roof job. Again, the crew was great, they laid out tarp everywhere and began the job. Every morning on my way to work I’d speak with Fernando and he was just so positive and customer oriented. I came home at lunch and he was on the roof doing a lot of the work himself. He’s a real go getter. There’s a younger guy who was part of the crew, I didn’t get his name, wished I would have, but when I’d show up he would be suddenly be at my side communicating key points to me and answering my questions. He has very good customer service skills with a homeowner. He cares. Fernando cares. Ralph cares. They put on a beautiful new roof with some cool new venting on the ridge. The did some extra custom ridge work on all parts of my roof and «Wow!» it is awesome. Superman and his crew had showed up again when I called Ralph at Lifetime. I had made a mistake touching up some paint on my garage a while back on the front of my house and Ralph sent his painter over when I wasn’t home and fixed it. No cost. He didn’t have to do that. Fernando fixed my dented gutters from the leaf guy who removed my leaves but dented my gutters with his ladder. Ralph had them painted. No cost. Fernando didn’t have to do that but he cared about my home and wanted it to look first class. Thanks Fernando! Thanks Ralph! Thanks to the whole crew! So I thought wow, Ralph does a lot of extra work on a home over and above the siding and roof. He really delivers pleasant surprises. I texted him that and also told him I always wanted a ’70 Chevelle SS. ha ha. I was sure to ad (blue with white racing stripes, just in case.) You never know when Lifetime Remodeling is on the job. Working with Lifetime was great! Our contractor was Mike Short and the project was re-​siding and painting our 1920s craftsman in SE Portland. They were knowledgeable about what the house was «supposed to look like» but also very accommodating when it came to our personal preferences. Snags came up along the way, as they will with an old house, and they were great at rolling with the punches and explaining what they were doing and why they needed to do it.
Whenever we had a miscommunication or wanted something done differently, they fixed it, no question. It was like their top priority was making us happy, not just getting the job over with.
