Just came home from a 1 day workshop from the French Bistro series: Roast Chicken Supper. What an absolute blast. 6 hour workshop with chef Anjali Wynkoop was the most fun experience I have ever had of the kind. We were taken through the steps of a French bistro menu: frisee salad with warm bacon vinaigrette, lemon-​thyme roast chicken, duchess potatoes and the queen of desserts crème brulee. Super friendly atmosphere, lots of helpful tip along the way, making you confident that you can master these great techniques. You take home a complete meal at the end of the day, and one of those fancy aprons. Will do it again, for sure, for sure.
