Specialties

The OCI restaurant is the showcase for all three programs (Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Restaurant Management), and is open most weekdays for lunch (3 courses for $ 9) and dinner (four courses for $ 18). Culinary students cook on the open line, management students work in the dining room, and the desserts are made and plated by the baking and pastry students.

History

Established in 2006.

OCI President Eric Stromquist and OCI Executive Chef Brian Wilke partnered with Pioneer Pacific College to open Oregon Culinary Institute in 2006.
