History

Established in 1981.

Joseph Hughes Construction was originally formed in 1981 to concentrate on the tenant improvement market. We have proudly grown from those humble beginnings to a $ 25 million dollar corporation with 40 employees. We have been providing clients with high quality construction services for 34 years and have completed hundreds of projects of various types — office, industrial, retail, restaurant, institutional and most recently adaptive re-​use building.

Meet the Manager

Caleb B.

Manager

Caleb has been managing construction projects for 15+ years. He has also managed a boutique design/​build construction company, Beaudin Design and Construction for a number of years completing over 100 unique projects.

His commercial projects range from Office Building, Medical Building, Multi-​Family, Assisted Living, Hotel, TI projects, Historical Building Renovations and Design-​Build Projects ranging upwards of $ 20 Million. Caleb has a keen ability to conceptualize the intricacies of the project during the design phase and will often offer cost saving suggestions before the project breaks ground. Caleb is a detailed estimator who is always looking ahead and is known for being detail oriented and outgoing. His extra efforts ensure his projects come in on budget and on schedule. Caleb served in the Marine Corps reserve and received several awards for his performance and leadership. Several of his greatest abilities include team leadership and communication.
