I was already working with a real estate broker when I began talking to Jordan. The other broker was showing me properties that she thought I might like, but wasn’t listening to what I really wanted. I told Jordan about my life and what I needed in a house to match. Jordan also gave me a regularly updated online search tool, that I had been asking my other broker for. We worked together to find a house in a fantastic location with everything I needed. Even after the transaction was completed, when I had an issue with the soundproofing in the house, he helped me find a contractor to fix the problem at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Jordan Matin, because he really listens and takes care of his clients!

The Matin Real Estate Group has terrific marketing resources when it comes to selling your house. Many real estate agents simply list your house and you never hear much from them again — not Matin. This team is in constant communication — more than my own mother. From the first class videos, photos and brochures they create for each listing to the prospecting they do to sell your house, you are in great hands. Five star service!

I have met and known a lot of real estate people and I know that Jordan and his team are competent, courteous and professional. A lot of real estate people out there are amateurs and this team is not. They are very experienced and will get the job done!

Terrible overall experience. Cold called me from a For Sale By Owner ad I had listed. I was getting so many calls about the listing, I decided I’d try working with a Real Estate Agent instead to narrow down the callers. When Jordan viewed my home, he commented on what a good deal it was, and how the paint was new, everything was clean, no major projects. Immediately after signing the agreement to sell, he changed his tune. His demeanor is insulting, derogatory, and his only marketing approach is to post false, insulting comments online about my property (the one he’s committed to sell) and demand huge price cuts. Six weeks, no offers, nothing but insults and way below market value pricing.
Asked to cancel contract since he has no lookers, no offers, nothing. Got nothing but more arguments. Never use this guy.

I received a cold call from you today asking if I was interested in selling my house. I have no idea how you got my number or what made you think I would be interested in selling my house. I have reported you to the do not call registry and I have blocked your number on my phone. I am not interested in doing business with you and do not appreciate the hang up when I simply asked you to please remove me from your calling list. Rude, unprofessional and shady.

This Matin Real Estate Group keeps calling me after I already told them I do not want to sell my house on SW109th. I even sent him an email on his website to stop calling and they continue to.
A total pest. Leave me alone, okay!

I would not use again with listing and selling a home. Towards the end of negotiations, I felt like the buyer had 2 agents and I was on my own. It is all about a quick sale.

Jordan Matin is one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. I have dealt with a lot of realtors, I work in the insurance business and have to interact with a number of them on a regular basis. He is currently helping my husband and I find our first home and has been absolutely amazing.
Jordan is extremely knowledgable. We spoke with several real estate agents in our quest for the perfect first home and really had poor luck. Location as well as affordability and the ability to use part of the living space of a home as a rental unit is important to us. All of the other realtors we spoke to really didn’t seem to understand our budget or our vision. They kept showing us homes hundreds of thousands of dollars outside of our price range and i was begginning to feel like we were never going to find something we’d like.
Then Jordan came along! he’s been fantastic the whole time. He understands our vision and our budget and has shown us some great houses. He also has a good concept of what the resale market looks like which is important if you are like us and hope to move to a different house one day. A lot of people dont consider how it will be to sell their home when they initially buy it and later get saddled with a house they’ve outgrown because it just doesnt have the resale value they need to move. We’ve only been looking for a couple of months but I am finally hopeful and excited about buying a home again. In addition to being knowledgable he is personable, honest and very discerning, he’s not turned off if you are the type of person who really needs to look for a long time before you’re comfortable making an offer on something. If you’re reading this and you’re not sure about who to use as a realtor just give him a call. We are certaintly glad we did!

Simply put, Matin Real Estate was great to work with. Jordan toiled tirelessly for us when we sold our home. My wife and I are real estate novices, and he answered every «dumb» question thoroughly and showed a great depth of knowledge. He was prompt, courteous and went a long way toward alleviating what can be a stressful process (which was successful, by the way).

Jordan Matin is an outstanding agent to work with. I was looking for an agent to help me with my home at the Oregon coast. The local agents in Coos Bay were sub-​par at best and completely unprofessional in their approach and time frames. Jordan has tirelessly worked with me to list this home, and is giving me the kind of service he would with any of his local clients, despite my 200 mile distance. He has even sent his professional photographer all the way down to the coast to photograph my home so that the marketing materials produced are the best they can be.
